Bim’s recipe
Pie crust
500 g. AP flour
125 g. Butter
125 g. Lard
200 g. Sourdough discard
60 g. Sugar
7 g. Salt
Apple filling
2000 g. Or 2 kg. Apple
150 g. Butter
180 g. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp of Cinnamon Powder
1 Tsp of salt
Baking temperature is 220 degrees Celsius bottom heat with fan.
Preheat 30 minutes and baking 25-30 minutes.
