Thank you for your review! The only thing I have to say, and this is my personal taste not really about this review, is the downward slope around 4-6k: For me when it is done, it makes metal music sound compressed, I tend to hear a lot more of the distortion pedal and a lot less of the detail, though It does cut the sib. All in all, for my ears, I tend to enjoy that region non-cut, I also usually like a higheslf of like 2-3db after 7k depending on the IEM ( if it's a more 'neutral set' )
@Atechreviews
@Atechreviews Месяц назад
You're welcome and thanks for your kind words. I'm a big fan of rock and metal music too. I'm sensitive to sibilance, so I need to see if it causes compression, especially with the genres I enjoy. Sibilance really pulls me out of the experience. As you mentioned, the 4-6kHz range offers a lot of detail. I've noticed that even with EQ adjustments, it can vary depending on the song. I see it as a small trade-off-sacrificing a bit of detail for an IEM that's comfortable enough for long listening sessions. I've found that some IEMs like the Nova, Chopin, Blessing 2, Performer 5, Explorer and Glacier maintain a flat response in the 4-6kHz range without sounding shouty or sibilant, but that's not common in my experience. I'm curious, what IEMs with a full 4-6kHz range do you prefer for rock and metal? You don't find them prone to shoutiness or sibilance? Interesting comment about the high shelf response. By the way, thanks for sharing! 🙂

@@Atechreviews I have a Ziigaat Doscinco and with equalization I find it perfect for genres like metal and hard rock. To achieve an equalization according to my taste, what I did was download all the squiglink eq for this IEM for most of the target curves. And finally I compared them all and settled on the best one for me, which is the MMAGTECH one for the Paul Wasabii curve. It improved a lot, when I lowered the bass, more detail appeared in the treble. Sorry for my English, I used a translator

what sounds better to you JUZEAR Butterfly 61T or TANCHJIM Origin
@Atechreviews
@Atechreviews День назад
Both are great. Tanchjim Origin = Less bass, excellent mid-range, forward vocals, more details, better timbre, more cohesive, tuning nozzles. 61T = More bass, a warmer sound, but the vocals aren’t as forward or as clear as they are on the Origin.

Great review! Another great iem right after 61T 😁. But in your review you said it requires some power....how much are we talking? Like is a portable dac like moondrop dawn pro enough or does it need more juice?🤔
@Atechreviews
@Atechreviews Месяц назад
Based on the dongles and amps I've tried it with, I'd recommend at least 300mW at 32 ohms. I tried it with the Dawn Pro, and it only reached moderate volume and couldn't keep up with the sound even distorting at max volume because it ran out of power. When you use it with moderately powerful amps, the bass improves, dynamics get better, and the sound really opens up with a lot more detail. So, aim for at least 300mW, which should give you about 90% of the sound quality. For example it worked like that with FiiO BTR7 balanced. You'll notice it scales even more with more powerful amps for the last 10%, up to about 1 watt. Things didn't improve after that.
@ANSHGOEL-rk6my
@ANSHGOEL-rk6my Месяц назад
Thanks for clearing this😊 1 Watt is out of my range😅 but I can definitely go for around 300mW😁.

@Atechreviews Месяц назад
@@ANSHGOEL-rk6my With 300mW, you'll achieve at least 90% of the DynaQuattro's sound quality. I think that's impressive, and it's how most people will likely use it.

Hello! After the Pula PA02, I bought myself a Dunu SA6 MK2, I really liked them for their large-scale and driving spectacular sound, which gave me goosebumps. I really appreciate the emotions that I experience when listening to music. Now I'm wondering if I should go for something more expensive, like the Elysian Diva. You said that Diva is much more detailed and advanced. I just want to say that my genre of music that I listen to is Dance Remix and the details in the music are quite enough for me, but I wonder if Diva will play even more “tastier”, bigger and more emotional, please tell me. Or, besides the Diva, are there any other headphones that can surpass the SA6 MK2 in emotion and scale? Should I buy something more expensive than the SA6 MK2, if I value the ability of headphones to evoke emotions, please tell me?

If you really love the SA6 MK2, then there are 2 iems that are a straight upgrade. QDC Anole VX and QDC Gemini. Only these 2 iems have the same tuning as the Dunu SA6 series.

@Atechreviews
@Atechreviews Месяц назад
I love using the DaVinci for movies because the boosted bass makes them feel more epic and dramatic. For everything else, the 61T and DynaQuattro are fantastic. The 61T’s isolation and deep soundstage create an immersive experience, while the DynaQuattro shines with vocals and helps make speech clearer.

The nozzle diameter is 6.1mm at its widest point and about around 3.6mm tall. It's tricky to measure the exact height since the nozzle is part of the earpiece. You can see the nozzle diameter at 00:27 in the video.

@Atechreviews
@Atechreviews Месяц назад
@@testertest9181 You're welcome! I don't have the Variations with me to compare, but I remember not having any fit issues with them. The DynaQuattro, on the other hand, is extremely comfortable for me. I can barely feel them in my ears and I used them for long hours at a time.

@@AtechreviewsWhich is better for small ears this , 61t or non of them?Dynaquattro has the same mids with Origin ?.I would be curious how these two compare to the Hisinior mega5est..
@Atechreviews
@Atechreviews Месяц назад
@@anatol1204 I think both should work well for small ears. I have large ears and use XL ear tips, so I can't be 100% sure, but the 61T seems to fit smaller ears better. For mids, I find the DynaQuattro superior to the Origin. It has more clarity, separation, and sounds more natural and realistic. Plus, the bass is better, giving it a nice weight and avoiding any thinness, making it more enjoyable. The trick is it needs moderate power whereas the Origin is easy to drive. I don't have the Mega5est anymore, but it was similar in tonality to the 61T. That said, I'm really impressed with the 61T's technical abilities, especially for its price-it holds up against $300+ IEMs in terms of detail retrieval and sound quality. It also has great textured bass, better sound isolation, and an impressive soundstage (width and depth). I think I am so impressed by the 61T because of the price. I really believe it is up there with $300+ IEMs in terms of sound quality while offering unique qualities like the great sound isolation and soundstage depth that is not common in many IEMs. Still, the Mega5est is a solid choice for many people, especially with the option to get it as a custom in-ear monitor (CIEM), which is a nice perk.

This or the Da Vinci?
@Atechreviews
@Atechreviews 23 дня назад
I love the DaVinci for movies, games, soundtracks, hip hop, and EDM. Its bass is amazing and makes everything sound epic, grand, and fun. On the other hand, I find the DynaQuattro more balanced. It's great for male and female vocals, has excellent bass that's more balanced, and brings the vocals and instruments forward. The DynaQuattro does need a bit more power, but the DaVinci comes with better accessories.
