The goal is not to finish the building Senator Binay, The goal is to have a Senate Building having efficient use of Pubic Resources, not a lavishing type of building.

She is alleging attributing Cayetano with/of political motivation as the reason for the building cost review. The only purpose of the review is to review and control/reduce cost down,, as the total cost has ballooned from 8 plus billion to 21.7 billion. Why so defensive, and why, taking it personally.

kasi kasabwat ni binay contractor nubf building. and ither kasabwat of minanipulate pa ni binay DPWH. dahil halatang nagpabaya DPWH as consultant ng owner side/ senado. tinataga ng contractor and senado sa mga additioinal/ rectification works costing na mahigit daang milyon na

@@mikemadske946 paano naman naging kasabwat ni Binay ang contractor? eh bago pa siya naging chairman ng committee na yan eh nagsimula na yung pag gawa ng new senate building??? and besides DPWH ang naghahandle ng project na yan from public bidding, construction, and post construction.

@@yancyalzaga7083 trabaho nya dati yung posisyon ngayon ni cayetano. sya middle man para maaprove pondo na irerelease sa contractor. Kumi commission ang laban. Ganyan ang kultura ng pinoy. Kaya lomolobo presyo pagka govt project. nagkataon sa project na yang daang milyon ang kickbak for sure

makakatulong ba sa pangkaraniwang mamamayan na naghihirap sa kasalukuyan ang pagpapatayo ng senate building na napaka garbo?! mas maganda siguro kung sa mga proyekto na direktang makikinabang ang mga taxpayers niyo inilagay ang pera na gagamitin sa building na yan gaya ng mga eskwelahan at kalsada.

Hilmarks was involved already in overpriced Makati Parking project and Binay is from Makati City. Cayetano and Binay are political opponents. They just exhibited ill breeding. Shame.

@@sicc9742 You dont understand what you just said. 21 Billion or 23 Billion for an office for these senators is not worth it while FIlipinos are succumbing to the high price of food, High price of Land , High Interest in Bank and no investment coming in the Philippines. That's why its either Incompetence or Corruption.
