Nearly 4 years later and I love watching Derek and Bindi's dances. I only wish I would have known when Bill Engvall was on DWTS because I would have watched that season also. He describes what happened in his most recent special and I nearly peed myself listening to him describe his "experience". Now, Bindi is planning her wedding. I hope Derek is there.

In one of the packages, he was asked what he thought about Bindi's dances and he said something so beautiful, and I can't recall the words or the video i saw it on, but he was so proud of her. Funny, now he is taller than both Terri and Bindi, his hair is styled differently, and his voice has gotten deeper. He's been on Jimmy Fallon several times this year. What a great family!!!!
Derek had strep throat, and I read that he didn't even drive himself home that night, he had his dad drive him. He's a pro though, he pushed through the dance and beautifully-by both of them!
