A very simple yet tasty twist to this okra dish. Okra is widely available in the local fields of Goa. This is my unique recipe, very easy to make and a taste with a perfect blend and compliment to the okra.
Ingredients
Bindi - 250 grams
Garlic chopped - 3 to 4 nos flakes
Ginger chopped - 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon
Green chillies chopped - 2 nos
Onion chopped - 1 nos
Tomato chopped - 1 nos
Turmeric powder - Half tea spoon
Fresh grated coconut - 2 table spoons
Kokum - 5 to 6 nos
Salt to taste
Oil to fry the onions
