can you or have you shown how to go around to the next edge using these PP and piping hot binding. Thanks I felt like too much was left to our own imagination. Sort of like having half a piece of cake, got me started then over all too soon.
+carylanne rosten I agree.... I don't consider ANY how-to instruction on binding complete if it doesn't show how to deal with corners and the ending join.
When doing a ruffle with fabric on the gold of the fabric when you bring right sides together I know to sew them about an 1/8 of an inch before gathering but for you sew the fold where you folded the fabric there as well to keep it nice and tidy after a wash ? Please anyone who knows if I should do that please answer. Thank you. Thanks for the video btw.
love your tutori a ls and your quilt shop is my favorite in the whole wide world. had fun yesterday in your shop. your girls are magnificent and helpful. KOLLEEN IS SUCH A GEM! U ARE FABO! AS A BUSINESS OWNER. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! WILL ALWAYS DRIVE 5 HOURS FROM PARIS TEXAS TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON AT PRARIE QUILT.
You always need to have your quilt quilted before you bind it. Otherwise the layers can't float and shift during quilting. They shouldn't shift much, but they do a little.
i an uncertain as to how you sew the prairie point border, around the corner. i am new to sewing so I dont know how to visualize. likewuse, I want to add additional borders, after the Prairie points border. can you shed any lifht on these two questions? i truly enjoyed your tutoriak; thank you fir sharing your knowledge.
Do I need to quilt my quilt first like you have done in this video I see its batting and quilted already before you add the points to it or can you do that later
