Today we look at binding a IA6 or IA6B reciever to the transmitter. Amazon: www.amazon.com... Banggood: www.banggood.co... Enter the January Giveaway with the following link: gleam.io/jHlmX...
Thanks for explaining the difference. You would think they could mention it on their website, but there's nothing to go on. I'm building a quad for my Fs-i6x and wasn't sure which one to buy. Appreciate the upload!
Allen.... LOVE your videos, subscribed and hit the little bell for updates on RU-vid. I do have a little question or issue that I could use your expertise on. I ran a cable on my 180 falcon from the FC where ch6 Should be to the reciever. That all worked out fine and now I have the AUX 2 switch. However, I am having trouble getting my quad to arm now. I reset TX and reset quad in cleanflight. I am able to set channels and see them in cleanflight and have set the arming switch aux1 and have the limits in range of the switch but it will not turn green when I switch into what should be the armed possition. The flight modes that I set (Horizon and airmode) light up just fine when the switch is flipped to its coresponding position. Looking for a little trouble shooting advice on what it could be that's keeping it from succesfully arming. HELP :)
You mentioned that the Fly Sky has a different mounting setup, which I have just discovered trying to upgrade the stock receiver. Obviously that power/controller harness won't fit. What are my other options? Go to individual wires or get an adapter? I cannot see that individual wires will connect to my current eachine 250 bird.
Ok I bought a Qav 105 with a FS AFH an I could get it to bind so I put FS ia6 on PPM an finally got to bind with my FS-I6S but can't get it to arm an start motors? I have a F3 flight controller. What is the proper way to wire receiver IA6 to flight controller?
Ha ha, I too smoked one of their micro receivers (FS82) due to a reverse polarity accident and it still works great. Also, in case you didn't know, there's a hack to make the FS-IA6 IBUS capable here: tinyurl.com/yc9afmh2 and both Betaflight and Clean flight have supported it for some time now.
