Binghamton University Professor is Helping to Build the Next Generation of Autonomous Robotics 

Assistant Professor Kaiyan Yu heads the Automatic Robotics and Control Systems Lab at Binghamton University and is developing the next generation of automated robotics. From nanobots to autonomous driving, Yu’s research encompasses both the large and small. Her work, in collaboration with her PhD students, aims to create the advanced systems and manipulations tools required to develop the nanobots and the agile obstacle avoidance in self-driving cars of the future.
