This is the first time I've seen them in a press conference and I am very impressed! These ladies are not only very talented in singing and dancing, but they are also eloquent and FUN FUN FUN! They make me smile and laugh! They are sweet-looking yet very smart too, and very charming. BINI is a breath of fresh air in the music industry. More power to BINI!
@@deadlydadeDid you know? Aiah Arceta, from the nation's girl group Bini, was once an undefeated queen of Cebu. Yup! She won every pageant she entered. From 2016 to 2018, Aiah claimed five titles under her belt. In 2019, she decided to stop competing in pageants to pursue her dream of becoming a PPOP idol. One thing is certain: if Aiah weren't currently part of Bini, she would undoubtedly be one of Cebu's top contenders for a national pageant. The biggest question is, will Aiah temporarily leave Bini in the future to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a beauty queen? Hmm... Titles of Aiah Arceta (2016-2018): - Miss ALC 2016 - Miss SJSM 2017 - Miss Teen Mactan 2018 - Miss Silka Cebu 2018 - Miss Silka Philippines 2018 ctto
Kudos to management for letting the girls answer on their own and not pressuring them to talk and say according to what the industry defines how pop groups should act.
I'm not Asian, and i could be wrong, but I feel like Filipinos are more extroverted and outgoing than Koreans who I feel are more on the reserved side. Saying this, i feel like P-pop idols are not that pressured to "act" like idols or put on a front for the cameras just like K-pop idols are pressured to.
@@themastermind5638 Ppop idols really aren’t pressured as much. They have so much more freedom than Korean idols. I think it’s because of the general culture of Filipino entertainment? Idk as a Filipina, I think Filipino audiences really value ‘authentic’ celebrities even if we know they’ve social clout that puts them under pressure to be as perfect as possible.
I've seen them in the conference, and the way some of the members spoke are spitting facts about real life got me goosebumps. They're very ethical in decisions and issues which co-relate with young generations, and I think that's a smart move to introduce their group BINI. I had a lot of fun knowing them, it's something I have never experienced in K-pop and I am hoping to see them more on the international live stage. As they mentioned Coachella, if they're the first P-pop to get invited, then nothing is impossible. Their live vocals are amazing and they're not afraid of doing it raw. Hoping for them to visit and perform in LA.
This is so heartwarming. Thank you for embracing our girls. May they make more people all around the world happy like what they've here in our country. A true Nation's Girl Group indeed. ❤
This group might just be P-Pop's chance to rub shoulders with K-Pop in the global stage. Members are fun, relatable, and very personable on top of being world-class performers. Hopefully they take advantage of their momentum and ride it towards a world tour.
With groups like SB19, Alamat, and Bini, P-Pop definitely has more than a chance to rub shoulders with K-Pop. I'm going to say one thing that I might get hate for, but F it. In my opinion, these ladies here are far better singers collectively and individually than popular K-pop groups like Lesserafim, Illit, New Jeans, and many others. These P-Pop groups have nothing to envy K-Pop groups because they have it all to make it huge, just like many of their K-pop contemporarys.
true. talent has always been there what ppop truly lacks was the production value but with BINI earning more than enough money and with management that utilizes their finances well they will be a force to be reckon with.
indeed, but sadly many Filipinos still see them as a "pabebe" group. Some still believe that they're talentless and Kpop wannabes, the usual crab mentality.
@@themastermind5638 ALAMAT still needs to improve their dance synchronization, though. Hindi pa rin malinis galawan nila. Yun yung pinaka-issue ko sa kanila. And maybe work a bit more pa sa stage presence nila.
bini is more of an idol than what you think. each girl has their own highlight before becoming a part of Bini. Aiah is one of the greatest example, she was that girl. she was a scholar in one of the most prestige university in the Philippines and a dean lister. Won all the pageants she participated. Tagalog is her 3rd best language because bisaya is her mother tounge and she's better at english 🤣 she's almost the most ideal girl you could ever know but decided to get in the harsh world of idolatry. how can you not support her. all of bini members are country girls that have talents whom are fearless to dominate everybody with music. i love them
BINI are so multi-talented but seeing them in this panel session interview makes me really amazed by how confident and well spoken they are👏.. It's good that they are fluent in English, it's not hard for international fans to understand them and vice versa💯.. They are witty , confident , and fun.. the whole interview was a blast fr👏👏
Aiah reminds me of Tiffany and Maloi with Taeyeon. One reason why I was drawn to them is that they remind me of SNSD. They are just being themselves and they don't care about their "image". They are chaotic, fun and there's never a dull moment.
Diba very SNSD ang vibes nila!!!
@@femaleengineer7120 In the US that type of spirituality could potentially lead them to the anti-immigration and anti-foreigner crowd. There’s been a growing movement here that revolves around that stuff. I’m not saying that it’d be completely scary, but to give you an idea it’d be like a kapabayan saying that they were DDS in 2016.
@@dogwithcigaretteinmouth it will be a conflict to stan them as a republican I fear haha. But I think westerners are still respectful about religion as long as you don't get people involved.. it's a you do you kind of thing..
@@dogwithcigaretteinmouth there's is no anti immigration or anti foreigner crowd. It's wanting safe borders by actually enforcing laws. How many people are dying by drugs and being human trafficked? Women are being assaulted by illegal immigrant gang members all over. Why would we not want people here who came here legally and safely???? We want everyone to come the right way.
I love bini being bubbly, yung hindi nila hahayaang boring yung first presscon nila lahat mag eenjoy and masaya walang pressure 😍😍 pinapakita lang nila yung natural na ugali nila, inside and out of the camera..
Iba talaga sense of humor nila, ang natural kng ano pumasok sa isip nila sasabihin talaga nila, walang image2 kng anong sasabihin ng iba basta b your self lng,
It's really amazing to think how our bini made this far especially this one being interviewed/asked outside their comfort zone like, And being themselves having fun making fun to each other lol... I just love how they grown to handle everything this much! I love u BINI ❤
Now! More and more foreign people will realize that PPOP, even if it just emerged late, has so much potential in the global scene. SB19 popularized heavy beat Ppop and now BINI shows to the world the charm of Pinoy Bubblegum pop! I hope ALAMAT can be next to be recognized internationally because their musicality is such a different breed in Pop Music World Heavy beat pop, Bubblegum pop and Multilingual RNB pop.. Owshiiii! Triple hit combo 😍
I guess one of the most importating thing to do to a group is like what this girls did. their management really made them live together for 2 years. in that span of time many thing had probably happen to them on each other. bonding and fights. happiness and hardships. those things could shape their chemistry so much. and i think thats what of the best reason why their confidence and bond as unit is just perfect
These girls are more than just pretty faces. They talk sense, too. And that's aside from their talents (dancing, singing, rapping, modeling, etc.). ABS-CBN really honed them so well. I was able to watch their intensive trainings at Star Hunt Academy. Their trainings lasted for like 1.5 to 2 yrs. That includes not only singing or dancing like a pro (with local and Korean experts' guidance) but developing how to speak ENGLISH and dealing with people (fans) well. Such was a brilliant investment, indeed! Now these girls are making big in the international arena. And they deserve every inch of success they are enjoying now. As the old adage goes, they're reaping the fruits of their labor now. Eyyy🤙🤙🤙🌸🌸🌸
glad aiah mentioned inside out, coz really that movie isn't just for kids. that movie is packed and especially as someone in their 20s, the messahe behind it could really help someone who needs it.
Thanks for sharing this vid! I love that BINI brought their lovely and chaotic personalities in this press con. I 12:07 these girls so much! Stay happy, healthy and funny BINI!
Oh I just love them so much. Ya’ll if u have the chance to watch their Biniverse Concerts in the future go do it. They’re phenomenal especially live I promise u.
I agree with the comments about BINI's answers sounding rehearsed. If you're familiar with BINI, their responses often seem memorized when it comes to generic questions. However, Mikha and Aiah's answers genuinely stood out. Hopefully, they can improve, especially since they are going international, as some Western fans might find it odd.
I thought I was the only one who noticed. I'm confident they will improve their answers during interviews, especially with many more foreign interviews and radio shows for international fans to tune into. Mikha and Aiah's fluency in English will also be a big help. Go BINI
Wow!!!!! 😮😮😮 😂😂😂 ❤❤❤ 8 beautiful, lovely and empowered girls of BINI, super congratulations on your very 1st international concert together with some KPOP Idols and press conference as well. you know what 7 girls who are present in KCON in LA, You really impressed me a lot as a dedicated and passionate BLOOMS fan here... congratulations again to all of you 7 members with regards to Jhoanna on your very first international concert and press con too. I'm so proud to all of you a lot very much!!!... I hope that you will be performing in Coachella very soon? Fighting???
