I SWEAR TO GOD PANTROPIKO IS THE PERFECT SONG TO REPRESENT PHILIPPINE POP WITH GORGEOUS GIRLS, SUPERB VOCALS, AND IMMACULATE TROPICAL COUNTRY VIBES. I will die on this hill
@@user-bv8hk5vj8e Bro finish school first before spouting some BS here. I did not say their music was bad, I just replied to the comment that the girls are pretty when in fact they are just average looking.
@@LLDRv its still the same though youre criticizing them. Why you mind someone's opinion? When in fact its not about the looks, its about the talent. Bad attitude very very bad.
The reason there's a lot more dancing here, is because it's not a Music Video. It is a Performance Video. MVs will typically show a lot more visuals, or try to tell a story, while Performance Videos will show them how they would perform it.
Mikha (red hair) is Filipino. It just happened that she spent sometime (some of her childhood days) in the US and so she adopted the American accent. Generally, Filipinos are very fluent in English because it is the official language in the country along with Filipino/Tagalog. You'll be surprised that some folks here even speak English (especially with regards to word pronunciation) better than Americans. 😅😅😅
It’s the most popular because the dance (chorus part) trended on TikTok and everyone in the Philippines is dancing to it lol. They didn’t expect it to boom because they released a summer song during the holidays, specifically last November! You should start reacting to all their dance practice next, all of them are great dancers!
@@emptylikebox I agree. I was just explaining why the song had the most views compared to their other videos, trending in TikTok was a factor in the popularity.
mikha absolutely looks like filipino for us, you just have not lived in the Philippines that is why you never get to see different types of filipino filipinos are diverse and are not homogenous, there are very dark-skinned and very light-skinned filipinos
You see a lot of the choreography in this because it’s actually a performance video, not the MV. And if you want to hear them sing more in English, you should check out BORN TO WIN, GOLDEN ARROW and STRINGS. Or you should might as well check out their entire discography at this point 😊
because it is not the official music video, it is just their performance video they have a lot of dancing in all of their title tracks though their idols so they are expected to have a choreography
Mikha (the one with red hair) is pure filipina. ❤ she was brought up in a well to do family and was sent to one of the top schools here in the philippines that is why her english is that good
That red haired girl Mikha Lim is Filipino-Chinese. Her surname says it all indicates that her family were recent immigrants during the wars in China in 1900-1940s. I know for one because we share the same surname
More Bini reaction man this group are amazing their songs are bop btw this isn't mv man this is just a b side song so they dont do mv for this only performance video but this song put them on the top of the food chain thanks
Mannn on top of their official MVs and dance practices, you just gotta have to watch their 'Show It All' performances in China! They legit look like idols on international stage ✨
If you know you know that their pure filipino names are drop bini sheena, bini gwen, bini jhoanna, bini stacey, bini maloi, bini colet, bini mikha and bini aiah since their girl groups name is bino they bring it with their name i don't know how made it up but it got popular boy you gotta check out string by bini
the member with red hair and good english accent is Mikha she's a pure filipina, all girls speaks fluent english, and the one with high vocals on the last part is jhoana,
Mikha (the red hair girl) is pure Filipino, but since English is the second language of the Philippines, Filipinos are basically good at English, not yet, Amazing at English.
Well the Philippines is high on english language proficiency because we're so obsessed with the west that we literally have "English" as a subject in our curriculum since 1st grade all the way to college/uni.
Not obsessed! It's a must because English along with Filipino/Tagalog is an official language. In business, most of the times English is the medium of communication. While in school, it would be more efficient to teach subjects like Mathematics, Sciences, and the likes in English as majority of the terms do not have corresponding Filipino word. Obsession and Necessity are two different stuff, you know!
@@adrianplata204 not invalidating the positive side we're seeing now but I'm born in the 90s and I've seen enough parents shoving english and western culture down their children's throat for the American dream more than the business aspect of it for when they grow old. And no it's not a must because we all know there's so many country who can't speak english fluently but are still up there in terms of economics and media production wise but since we're a 3rd world country, we make do of what we can learn.
@@iratze-2409 while it is true that there are those cringy old-timer Pinoys that are so obsessed with the American dream, it would be wrong to say that we (all) Filipinos have that kind of mindset. Like I said, English after all is an official language here in the Philippines. There is nothing wrong if it is used on a regular basis and in a proper audience/setting. Now, citing those progressive countries that are using their own language (not English) doing well, is totally out of context. I am pretty sure, that them being progressive is not related to whatever language they are using. But rather it is based on what resources that they have to begin with and what level of technology they took off from.
Sa totoo lang wala naman dapat argument wither coz of that dream thing or business thing chu chu nag English Tayo Kasi nasanay na tayo dito Mula pa noong sinakop tayo ng amerikano Americans impulse that every Pilipino must speak English for their comfort & security that's history
us filipino's understand english and tagalog and we also have multiple accents like: pangasinense waray-waray and more you should also put on captions :) you should try labis na nasaktan
This is not music video tho but a dance performance video that’s why it’s full of dance. Also, every member is showing different kind of filipino beauty. All are filipino members
Please watch I FEEL GOOD by Bini also, then follow it with STRINGS. the last part of I FEEL GOOD in the mv has a connection to strings. I just find it cool 😎😎😎 Happy watching
The fact is some children here in the Philippines first language is english. Some Filipinos dont even know how to speak their own language that much, instead, they're more comfortable with English lol
Aww this reminds me of me and my classmates in an all-girls Catholic highschool😊I know it's not a complete representation of Filipina girls coz some have darker skin tones (morenas), Eurasians (mestizas) and plus-size Filipina girls out there. I reckon even without makeup and frills, the Bini girls are still gorgeous😀
