I love the way you film this video. Surprisingly it's very informative and entertaining. I watched it during my lunch and I was smiling all the way Very nice stable filming and story plot and edited very well, loved the way you showed the travelling on the map. Hi Sparkle! Thank you for visiting my channel. I really appreciate your compliment and thanks for subscribing to my channel. I am an Apple user for more than 10 years. For all my VLOG videos, I am using an iPhone X for the footages, together with a stabilizer (gimbal) and an external shot-gun microphone. All the footages are compressed into ProRes 422 format via Compressor software (Apple). Editing is done using my Macbook Pro 15" (Apple) via the Final Cut Pro X Non-Linear Editing Software (Apple). Animations and effects are created and generated using Motion 5 Software (Apple).

@@NnotAMuggle Glad to know that you're using FCP too. Yup, you should try Motion. Once you get the hang of it, you'd be surprised of it's capability.

Hi! Fantastic video of what to expect in Bintan Island. I was just wondering, the place kinda looks empty even with locals. Is it really the case there? By the way, I tremendously enjoyed watching this whole video. The villa you've stayed in is amazing!

Hi Melody. Thank you for visiting my vlog! Yes, Plaza Lagoi seems deserted as it is only frequented by tourists. As you might have already know, the top half of the island is called Bintan - which is still undergoing major contruction works to make it into a tourist haven. All entry points to Bintan (either by land or sea) are guarded and no locals are allowed to enter without valid reasons. However, the southern part of the island is called Tanjung Pinang. That is where all the locals live. If you are visiting Bintan, with your family, I highly recommend you to stay at Holiday Villa Pantai Indah. You won’t regret it! Happy holidays!

Hi Raisa. Apologise for the delay in replying. First and foremost, thank you for the compliment. Throughout our trip, we did not rent a car. Instead, we use their Taxi service. There are a number of taxi operators available. You might want to email them for quotations. This is the link for their services: www.bintan-resorts.com/plan/getting-around-bintan/ Regarding food, we had our breakfasts at the resort. However lunches and dinners were consumed at Tanjung Pinang as we do not want to stay at our resort for the whole trip. Food at Tanjung Pinang is very very cheap.
