A tip for easily decorating inside the aviary: Pause the time in game when you have laid down the aviary’s outline and the glass hasn’t appeared yet. This allows you to see the aviary’s outline and decorate easily. Hope it helps

@@BestInSlotGaming also I’m not sure if you’ve seen this in the 2nd video but for me if I want to center something I just have the building open, quickly press M (open map) and then exit and it usually holds the camera upward

They need to make a sandbox setting for “building collision on/off” because there are so many cool things you can do. They should also remove the fact that you can’t put your camera into the forest. You can do it with the biosyn valley trees so why not with the other biomes

Pretty sure you can do it in the redwood forest, and the northern maps with pine trees

The original reason was framerate issues in the first game, but that was changed in JWE2 because now there is a solid textured blob hiding in the trees that makes it appear dense, so it wouldnt look too good if you could go through it.

Something to help distinguish the aviaries could be lifting an idea from the Eden Project: set some aviaries on different elevations next to one another. That way you can play with light & shadow, as well as have some of the domes visible from inside other domes. You could also play about with viewing areas thanks to Kaio's mods.

Btw don't atach the hatchery to the aviary because thanks to limitations of the mod you won't be able to delete it

Yes yes 🙌🏼 my guy i was waiting for this one it‘s going to be very special and fantastic :) maybe you make one of the biodomes a sort of arctic environment lots of rocks and Snow and little hills and valleys and you put only White dinosaurs in there if they have the Skin for example indominus and the White pyroraptor to kinda hide in this dome and if you see them as Tour guest you are very lucky yk what i mean 😂

I kind of like the idea of a prairie/open plains dome with a large herd of ceratopsids, ornithomimus' and hadrosaurs (along with maybe a lone or pair of Ankylosaurs) roaming about, with perhaps a Tyrannosaurus or other large predator as the 'lion'.

Also I have an idea/request, can you have a Sanoran Desert Biodome with Apatosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Camarasaurus, Compsognathus, Deinonychus, Dilophosaurus, Diplodocus, Dryosaurus, Iguanodon, Megalosaurus, Saurapelta, and Stegosaurus plz? Cause all of those guys did existed in the same Environment in North America and Eurasia during both the Late Jurassic Period and Early Cretaceous Period :)

Ooh, this looks like it's going to be a fun one! Seeing biodomes that contrast with the local environment is going to be very cool. You could do a tunda biodome? Low shrubby things, rocks, few if any trees, and some hardy dinosaurs who can handle the cold.

Yea, I really wish they had an option to exclude certain skins or patterns from the randomize option or an option to pick a selection of the skins and patterns you want to use. One of those two.

For a future exhibit, you could have a hell creek inspired biome, trying to accurate recreate the environment from the dog site in prehistoric times. The dinosaurs could be the feathered rex, trike, struthi, pachycephalosaurus, Quetz etc… it would be cool to match skins for Pachy, Stiggy and Dracorex to depict different growth stages like they were possibly in reality, maybe the younger ones being browner and adults gaining more colour but remaining largely the same.

I heard that Stygimoloch might actually be a different genus after all cuz it was apparently from different strata than Pachycephalosaurus or something. Dracorex tho, there's no hope for it. XD

I think that we need an option that makes us blacklist/whitelist skins/patterns for randomization, so that it is kind of a "random of these options." Then, we could no blank patterns or all green, but different shades

Your Park building skills are astounding, mate. I couldn't believe when you said that there were people doing better builds than you, I must check these out, too. I've only recently started to get into these kinds of games again recently. I grew up on Sim City though and later Theme park and Hospital. I'd never played a Zoo-type game before though, so they're totally new to me. I got Zoo 2 with all the add on's and JP2 as well, so got plenty to play around with. Any suggestions for my first Zoo and Dino-Park, like what exhibits are best suited to a new Zoo/JP? I assume cheap ones?

If you want to make your dinos come out faster get good scientist max out their traits and put the task time on 10% in the sandbox settings at the bottom then apply the 25% faster odule(i forgot its name) in the hatchery and some animals like the stuthiomimus and sinoceratops will not have a time posted and it will be fatser than one second, remember if you really want to sonic speed then do all of that with 3x speed on, I have done this alot, found out 3 days ago.

I think I figured out why you can't load Horror Park up. See, for Horror Park you used the Expanded Paths and Fences mod. However, the mod has yet to be updated the latest version. When you loaded up Horror Park in the Mod Showcase vid, it probably crashed because it couldn't find the assets for the paths and fences from the mod. So I guess you should just wait untill it updates, and then try loading it up again.

If you want a desert dinosaur carchar would work perfect, they lived in Africa, with spino I believe. You could do an exhibit with carchar and majung. Which would be a stand in for rugops, a related dinosaur that scavenged off of carchar

Just started watching the new film last night. Honestly I don't see why people didn't like it. I mean it is what it is right? They're family, action movies and it does what it says on the tin. I'm only about half way through, but enjoying it. I also appreciate them having feathered dinos, as this is a lot closer to what they probably would have looked like. I think this DLC comes with a feathered T-Rex skin as well, doesn't it? PS: blue and Beta were so cut at the start, I loved that, their little hunting scene.

I tried to do a biome like this but just only 3 forest,sand and grassland and that's it. you bestinslot did a better job then me!and the fact that u started with that platform in the beginning was amazing!I'm not really good at making things like that tbh all I did was just build 3 Huge Enclosures biomes you keep doing a great job!

If you chose a Tigia or alpine biome you can have a tundra and (snowy forest as a stretch) but that’s pretty much it
