After the gas production is done how will we remove the black bio char that will be leftover inside the digester tanks? Do we need to stop production while removing the char? @bakloengineer ?

Can u pls tell how slurry is fed to the digesters(tank 1 & tank 2)? A) Slurry goes to both digesters directly. tank 1 & tank 2 not connected or B) slurry goes serially to tank 1 first and then to tank 2 & Which one is a better option?

Sir 5600 kg per day bio cng so raw material required 180 ton so how much % of Cow dung and how much % of press mud only this two raw material required for bio cng production. And at How much price companies buy cng from plant and what is profitability per kg.

Total plant has been imported from China. At 14:12 you can see the sign in Chinese saying "Gas Equipment" & "No Smoking".

Are you from Pakistan? That's a very small equipment imported from China. The whole plant is designed and installed by us - Made in India.

First we need to analysis of the napyier grass what the lignin percent in there, 24%lignin was found mention in research article, then treatment of the is required for removal of lignin because of lignin is a polymeric compound. Polymeric compound will not easily decompose. After the pretreatment collect the dry sample @cellulose and hemicellulose.
