It's such a shame people hate on this guy. He could spend his millions on a yacht, lavish parties, endless booze, cars, etc.--and no one would bat an eye. But here he is trying to develop the ultimate healthy lifestyle and freely share that journey with everyone, and people meet that with snark at best and outright righteous rage at worst. If he gets people to willingly treat their bodies in a healthier way, which he has, then more power to him. He publishes all of his data for free, which is more than nearly everyone in the "fitness influencer" space can claim. He probably won't beat death, but his protocol is having a positive, life-changing effect on people who otherwise would be addicted to any number of self-destructive habits.

Except he is not, if you know anything about nutrition and longevity sciences which I have been studying for decades. He will need to make some adjustments in 2-3 years. He has to get fat injected into his face, take testosterone because his diet prevents healthy hormone production, and half of his supplements could be replaced with beef liver. It is just a gimmick.

The fact this guy is spending his fortune to share this protocol with others for free is fascinating. If he actually proves to masses that lifestyle really changes how you age, this can really transform population and bring more anti-aging solutions to the table in future!! Keep it up Bryan and don't listen to haters! The world needs people like you. Aging needs to be solved asap!

its not just the savouring of food, but the overall well being from being super healthy is a far higher quality of life than someone that doesn't take their health seriously. Ive been following Bryan for most of the year now and trying to reverse 30 years of very poor health , the greatest improvements from going to the gym 3 days, eating super healthy & taking a bunch of supplements, is massive improvements in general well being and energy, life is sooooo much easier when you have general well being and energy

Same with may dad... smoked every dad since I can remember (gave me childhood asthma bc of that too!), drank, and ate very fatty meats -which lead to his gout. Has high blood pressure, high cholesterol, had kidney stones and still not drinking water while being grumpy as ever but has no signs of slowing down in activity or diet. He will literally sneaks alcohol and eat meat which was trigger a gout attacked twice a month at one point. He eats a jimmy dean sausage croissant sandwich every morning (and that has all the worst combo in it), along with a 4-layer peanut butter sandwich, coffee, tea and what ever he can get his hands on bc he's always hungry. Oh yea, and sit and watch tv all day. I just measured him bc he won't listening to anyone and the guy logged in at 15% body fat, low visceral and sub fat, his BMIs around 20 which is on the low end of normal and he in his early to mid 70's. Cognitive function still seems to be there and is lively as every. He's exhausting me, actually. Everything doesn't add up between what he does and his health stats which leads me to conclude that genetics is the biggest factor to health and aging but then also fate bc my bro passed in his sleep in his early 40's. Sometimes, it doesn't matter what you do bc when it's your time, it's your time. It's better just to enjoy the time you have than to spend it chasing longevity. Look at Kobe. Anything can happen in a blink of an eye and one can say that he is in peak physical health when his helicopter crashed. I guess my point is it's better to strike and balance between enjoying living and living healthy bc there's no guarantees in life.

My aunt reached the age of 97 and she spent every day eating fudge and smoking like a chimney(multiple packs a day). Your genetics plays 75% of your lifespan results, what you're eating, breathing, sleeping and exercising plays about 25% from what I see from relatives and friends.

I'm 42 and have to show identification if I buy something with age limit 18 😂 I'm being mistaken for my 12 year old daughter's older sister and people usually guess I'm 20 something. I haven't done anything to look younger. Just grew up in the country, never drank or smoked and eat healthy 🤷‍♀️

His facial lines, thinness and transparent skin makes him look old. Also his hair is not naturally colored so he looks like plastic or sumthing. But he is physically fit and overall healthy, I guess. Ideal thing for most people is to _look_ young, though. I guess when he is 65 or 70 he will look like he is 50 and will be a success

I was being asked to show identification for alcohol until my late 40s. Genetics play about 75% of the results of your lifespan... unless you make unwise choices resulting with becoming overweight or obese. One very clear fact about people who are in their 80s, 90s and beyond is they are NOT overweight or obese... or it's very very very few.

The problem with eating all these supplements and being so strict with everything is that the body get used to it. Its a lot better to eat normally which is breakfast, 12 hours fasting and a small meal for dinner. Multi vitamin once a week. And water only fasting every other month to stress the body. Cold water and sauna, losing breath 3 times a week for around 15 min. Once in a while do wrong things to stress the body as well. We cannot be too nice the body by being too healthy all the time. Agree with everything except the last point. If people follow his protocol or even just the dietary portion of it, cancer would be extremely unlikely and they almost certainly would not have heart disease. People always want a cure for after they're already sick, but the truth is that preventative medicine (healthy lifestyle) is the real cure.
@RogueCylon

There’s plenty of people working on so called cures for cancer. What he’s working on is cancer avoidance. His protocols creat a blueprint that you can follow parts of, or all, for free. If you keep our organs, immune system and gut optimized, we avoid cancers. Processed food, toxins and oils cause cancer.

How can you defy gravity? The earth is pulling on everyone on the earth including humans at 9.8 meters per second continuously. I do think that Bryan's work will have many benefits for various health issues. I would not be willing to live " an auto pilot" lifestyle. " Free will" to travel and encounter new experiences is important for the average human psyche. I'm glad he is happy doing what he is doing. His lifestyle is not obtainable by the average person. I did learn a few things from this interview. My dermatologist told me I have "transparent skin" and it didn't make sense because I have an olive complexion. I now know it means clarity. I kind of thought that at first, but now I just think he’s going all out, because why not? What is there to lose? It’s all gain and it’s a fascinating journey. I have optimized vitamin supplements, and hormone balance. What’s interesting is much of my protocol was similar to his blueprint. So I felt validation there. I feel amazing and I’m on zero meds. I do CrossFit, and weight training. Life is good. A few years back I was in a death spiral because of long CoVid complications, the worst being tachycardia. Stopped me doing any exercise for two years. I have now reversed all that, and my blood profiles show I’m peaking in health.

I like what he's doing and love that he's sharing his blueprint for free with the world, but I wish his hair stylist would give him a natural looking colour so he could really look healthy too. His hair and brows are too dark for his skin and only men of a certain age seem to make this mistake. Only a personal opinion but I think he'd look so much younger if he realised hair dye isn't the same as natural hair colour and that you often need to soften up the colour with age because skin colour changes. Now I'm off to order some chlorella and check out that nutty pudding.
