amazing, thank you very much for making these videos. i only recently found cell profiler and it is a wonderful addition to my image analysis tools. i have done so much with opencv but i realize that not everything is worth re-inventing :) the workflow of cellprofiler is amazing. i got some great segementation output within 10min of downloading and installing it - that without watching a single tutorial or looking at any helpfile. it is that intuitive! :) i mananged to segment hundreds of images with thousands of nuclei per cell.
