I have lumbar spinal fusion and some stiffness in body.Am 62 and recently detected ankylosing spondylitis. Is it better to take tofacitinib or biologics and is it safe to take at my age

What are the long term effects of taking NSAIDS? eg: taking 90mg Etoricoxib almost every day (around 5 out of 7 days a week)... already been taking for a year and it does give relief for a day or so but the inflamation comes back. Is there any long term effect of the medicine I shuold be aware of?
