Being a biomedical engineer,I would like to inform everyone reading this, Biomedical Engineering is mostly suitable for boys mostly.. Girls have to struggle a lot to get a job with a good pay..Most industries prefer male candidates..This course is not that great as it sounds.. Think twice before getting into this course
Thank you for sharing your perspective with us. I acknowledge that your personal experiences have shaped your current viewpoint, making it challenging to consider alternative perspectives.
@@rohanbhagwat Biomedical is a vast area for job scope. There are many other fields for biomedical engineers along with sales and service. All you need is proper networking and professional connection with people in biomedical field.I can confidently say this here because I am a female Biomedical Engineer working in India.
Mam can you help me my son took physics chemistry electronics and sychology in 11th 12th after what he can choose he is like physics subject very much and his passion is automotive engineering but he takes maths subject if any advice can you please give me help
Ma'am can you please tell me about honours degree? If we are completing honours degree (4 years) , do we have to do PG for 2 years more? Or masters degree is also included in the 4 years honours program?? Please 🙏🙏
Mam, I completed Diploma in Biomedical engineering so i decided look forward to btech in Biomedical engineering. Could you please create a vidio about colleges and universities offering Biomedical engineering in india and studying BM at UK and countries.
Dear Remith 😍 Please be informed that we are into providing unbiased career guidance to students. We do not engage in admission guidance and do not endorse or favor any specific colleges or universities, except for premier institutes.
Mam i like biology more than PCM so should i chose biomed after 12th i secured 90 percentile in keralastate board exams.should i repeat for jee to take a college in biomedical engineering
If you are interested in biomedical research you can consider pursuing BSc in Biomedical Science over BTech Biomedical Engineering. IIT Madras has introduced a wonderful course called BS in Medical Sciences and Engineering which integrates both Biomedical Sciences and Biomedical Engineering. Biomedical science being a research field one has to pursue till PhD to earn good (pursuing PG atleast is necessary)
Mam I have no problem in studying biology infact I love the subject. But I am a bit sensitive. I mean I don't feel good when I see things in the biology lab ,I don't like seeing blood flesh ,things like that related to human body. In biomedical engineering is there labs like that? Do we have to study human bodies etc like doctors? I am okay with studying theories. Do you think I will be able to do good if I choose this field? Also does this field has a good scope internationally? Please reply, it will be a great help for me🥺
Hi I'm a Biomedical Engineering final year students. We doesn't have to handle those kind of biological practice , only small things . Mostly we deal with equipments. The biology lab practices you mentioned are mostly theoretical .
@@San_dra25it's engineering so definitely calculations will be there. And I suggest not to choose this degree since it doesn't have any great importantance and Finding quality job is really difficult
@@KeertiSolanki-l4u thank you so much dear for engaging. I'm an undergraduate, currently in my final year BME so I wanted to know if I can also do it in my masters. Plus I thought BME has a lot of opportunities in the western countries. So pls what course do you think someone can study in masters
@@sanidhyanayak7977 I did some research, here's what I know: There are few colleges which allow PCB students to take up the course. But also many don't like IITs, NITs, BITs.
Mam can you do a video about Anaesthetia like how bsc/msc Anaesthetia differ from MD Anaesthetia after MBBS. Similar like bsc/msc vs MD for anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, radiology, forensic medicine.Mam can you do a video about this
With BSc/ MSc, graduates work as assistants to physicians (i.e, BSc/ MSc graduates work as technicians) except Medical Microbiology/ Medical Biochemistry/ Medical Pharmacology MSc in Medical Anatomy and Physiology has very limited opportunities that too only in teaching, for a lower salary
Dear 😍 I understand your concern. However, there is no one general answer to it. The decision should be based on your aptitude, talents, skills, and desires.
It entirely relies on your decisions and aspirations regarding your future. The path you choose and the direction you wish to pursue will determine the opportunities ahead. Each degree holds its distinct worth and potential career pathways.

Dear Theertha 😍 Both biotechnology and biomedical engineering are interdisciplinary fields that utilize principles from biology, engineering, and other related sciences. Both fields have their own unique scopes and offer diverse career paths. It's important to consider your interests, strengths, and career goals when choosing between these two fields.
Dear Kasper 😍 Bioengineering and Bio Medical Engineering are two different courses. Bioengineering uses engineering principles to address biological and health care issues. At the same time, Biomedical engineers use engineering and biological science principles to design and create medical devices and systems.
Dont take this course, it's very hard get a job in biomedical engineering field currently. And pay scale is very less comparing to other fields. Even in gcc countries, the situation is same. So students pls dont take this course as your career..... 🥲
Dear Anees I appreciate you sharing your comment with us. I understand that your personal experiences might have led you to this conclusion and you are finding it difficult to accept otherwise.
Study Biomedical Engineering in good colleges with industrial collaborations too, very good placements in such institutions.. please don’t study in local colleges of Tamil Nadu. Model Cochin, Sahrdaya Thrissur , SSN Chennai, Manipal are few good institutions for Biomedical Engineering
Job opportunity based on your practical and soft skill. Even though as you said job opportunities are less in India and having a various opportunities in abroad if you having masters. With UG you can be a Clinical Engineer with a quite good pay in GCC especially QATAR and BAHRAIN
