When we eat our bodies create glucose, which raises our blood sugar levels, which causes our pancreas to produce more insulin. This lowers our blood sugar levels and reduces our hunger, eventually our glucose levels get low and our hunger increases and the process repeats

would it be wrong to talk about the appetite stimulating hormones that are produced by the stimulation of the arcuate nucleus that make us hungry, and then the appetite suppressing hormones produced by the help of the ventromedial hypothalamus that tell us to stop eating for question 4?

a very last min question: where are the full unit summaries? I cant find any past unit 3, i only see the kahoot ones but the "everything you need to know" ones are more helpful for me/
