BIOSCAN South Africa: Hantam National Botanical Garden 

Take a tour of Hantam National Botanical Garden in South Africa during its autumn desert bloom extravaganza. Captured during field research earlier this year, the site is part of the National Botanical Gardens Malaise Programme (NBGMP), led by the African Centre for DNA Barcoding at the University of Johannesburg.
Researchers are working closely with national botanical gardens staff across South Africa to collect data on insect diversity in these protected habitats.
The NBGMP is a key project for the BIOSCAN research program.
