Biotechnical Micro Manipulators 

Here is a small sellection of my homemade micro manipulators, used by honey bee breeders to acquire gain of function for insemination of queen honey bees.
This method is used when nature and natural mating flights are hampered by bad or unsuitable weather, also used to breed favurable atributes of the bees to make handling them easier and safer.
Whenever a good or calm colony is extant you breed from that colony to get bees that are quieter and show the characteristics that are desireable for ease of use and a safer reltionship between both sets of worers and drones.
