My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

I am 81yrs now. Very tired of the pain, anxiety and negative I'm surrounded by. I will be returning Home soon and cant wait. My sweet dog, Izzy, is waiting for me, I'm very excited to see her. My two parakeets live this. Olive is disabled by cancer and Sundrop, her cage mate, is an awesome caregiver. He feeds her, grooms her, watches over her every minute. Nature’s creatures - my role models.

I live in a nursing home now because of health issues. I've lost all of the life I had before. Listening to the birds let me enjoy for a little while the way my life was before I came here a few months ago. I know this sounds odd. But thanks for this long video. We are out camping right now but the morning birds are drowned out by a few campers who must run generators all day. So I put this on with my Bluetooth speakers and can relax with the birds singing. Some people walking by seem perplexed on why the birds are all on my site and singing loud and proud, but let them wonder. Thank you once again.

I just traveled, alone, in Japan for 3 weeks. I had anxiety and stress before that. But a lot of these negative thoughts disapeared the moment I landed into that beautiful country of Japan. Now, I came back in my own country and city and... damn I miss everything I've done in my trip. This life is so stressful and so fast, everything, everywhere, everyone is living too fast without living the moment. And here I am, listening to nature in the background, reminding me of that beautiful trip, that wonderful time. Hope I'll fly soon again like a bird ! Have a great day

Sounds of birds actually calm our nervous system, put us in a state of tranquility. Safety. If you’re ever out in the forest/jungle and you dont hear any birds, I’d leave 🌍 nature is in tune. We must go back to our ways 🤍

This actually invigorates the species in my yard although it is a rough overlap of species. The males get excited and the combined crescendo is rather spectacular.

🐦 Early in the morning, before the alarm clock wakes me up, it's the melodious sounds of the beautiful birds that wakes me up with a pleasurable feeling. It's the birds melodious sounds that makes my mood feel better and cool. They fly from tree to tree making different types of sounds and getting themselves happy. They also makes my mood feel better and cool. 🐤I opened the windows and peeped through the trees and the flower plants. There, I saw several types of lovely birds and their sweet sounds that gave me a cool relaxation. Birds welcomes the morning and waiting patiently for the sun to rise. They welcome the sun rise by their melodious sounds that is hardly difficult to highlight its natural performance. 🐦 While I was watching the movements of the beautiful birds through the window, suddenly I felt someone touching my shoulder very slowly and softly. In no time I turned back to see who was that. To my surprise I saw my younger sister Sara watching along with me the bird's free movements and then their pleasurable sounds that attracts our attention and relaxations. 🐤If I was a bird, if I had lovely voices, if I had melodious sounds, if I would be able to fly up in the sky, if I can fly from tree to tree, if I can enjoy the tasty fruits as my favourite, if I could soak my body with the rain shower, if I could allow the sun light to make my tiny body feel better, then how happy I would be to live in this world with full of happiness. 🐦 The birds such as Black cap, willow barbler, Chiff choff, Dunnock, Robin, Gold Finch, Black bird, House Sparrow, Chaffinch, Blue Tit, and the Nightingale birds and their Marvellous actions and their pleasing sounds are much more commendable. Whenever I'm Attempting to do chores around the house, I Play this very softly in the background. I’m able to Be CALM, FOCUS & Stay on TASK🧘🏾‍♀️🌲🦜🪺🧺 Seeing that I have completed at least 80% ‼️of what I wanted to accomplish for that day. 🙏🏾THANK YOU🫶🏾
