bird sticking butt up in the air fanning its tail! 

One of my birds (lineolated parakeet) fans its tail. I was lucky to catch this moment on video! Fun fact: it is said that linnies fan their tails when frightened or annoyed. But to me, in this video, it only seems curious. What do you think?
