In this video are photos & video clips of the Oriental Pied Hornbill taken at Taiping, Perak, Malaysia. You will see the unique nesting habit and the ever hard-working male plus the fledging of the 3 chicks. 2 of the chicks were able to land on trees. One of the chicks landed on the road instead. However, the parent bird was able to guide this chick up to a nearby tree. This part was not captured in video or photo.
