Funny how man with a camera is asked if he had any mental health issues but when a man approaches with makeup on his face looking like a cat and a pair of wings on his back they proceed to tell him how he can join the police force, couldn't make it up 🤣🤣🤣
This is a tough watch. The escalation from the police and her getting members of public involved was disturbing, let alone the mental health allegations and recording females. A disgrace at every level.
“Have you got any mental health issues?” While matey in the blue is babbling his head off right behind them. Hilarious, couldn’t write a comedy sketch as good as this 😂
The comments made about the mental health claims from the officer I found to be quite disturbing. The amount of times I read/hear organisations go on about how they support mental health and want people to speak up without fear of being judged. Yet I see so often mental health being used as a stick to try and beat people down with.
In my job, the employer has lots of mental health posters knocking around, I reckon only for political correctness. But if you admitted to them you have a mental health issue, they’ll quickly remove you from your job “for safety”. Admitting mental health in some organisations is career suicide.
Yes but unfortunately this is not a comedy and this bunch are real cops actually on our streets causing as much trouble as they can in their ignorance and serious lack of proper training and what appears to be zero knowledge of any law.. You would get more sense and knowledge out of 10 year olds imo and way less lip and insulting behaviour! Where the hell are their de0escalation skills?
That IDIOTIC POWER TRIPPING constable on the right, as well as those laughing stock powerless p.c.s.o's seriously DO seem to believe that we should fear and bow down to them ...... as people were made to, to certain VILE sorts in various countries in 1939 onwards .....
In cases where Police have drawn their pistols and shot people dead ( Australia and USA ) when they intended to use their Tazer, it is usually a female officer.
For a police to ask a member of the public "have you got mental health issues or something?" in the manner she does is absolutely disgraceful. You need to immediately file an official complaint when they do that AB. I've been binge-watching your videos the last few nights (you may have noticed from my constant commenting) and I think this is the 3rd video I've seen where this has happened.
Yup, there are laws now which make discrimination against mental health problems illegal. Kind of worrying she might deal with people who have mental health problems and she obviously thinks it's a joke.
The way they say it without any cause or justification IS EXTREMELY alarming and DISGUSTING ! Just for that alone the female cop needs disciplinary action immediately or better yet kicked out the police force for good.
@@TONE11111 another ploy to try and shame someone carrying out a legal activity...”you’re filming women”, “you’re filming children”...both serious accusations that say far more about the mentality of the people making them than the person holding the camera.
Looooooove how the public came to your defence with the law AB, it just goes to show how many people they've illegally bullied into things. Huge respect to you and those members of the public, a massive round of applause 👏 🙌
To be fair they don't know the law they know sections they need to perform arrests, even a barrister looks up laws. What they should do if unsure ask someone to look it up rather then confront people, as if it turns out it is illegal then they can arrest if not they just suck it up and move on. It's just the ill balance of power of them thinking they can bark orders and people would take it without challenge.
The fact that she doesn’t understand that filming in public isn’t an offence and by pointing out that you were in public like that makes it a crime is extremely amusing although unnerving that these are the people that are meant to be catching killers and rapists
Common misconception that that these programmed goons are there to do anything other than generate fines income, act as an authoritative presence and deal with low level social misbehaviour.
As a pensioner the only thing that makes me feel uncomfortable on the streets are the police as I seen to many vids on RU-vid of police Abusing lone women, pensioner's, the disabled and even children and animals,
@@shukeelc5177 yes I'm just thinking if his sister working as police officer and someone do that to her and what he will say then but honestly she is doing her
The Asian police woman was asking about ABs mental health with an undertone ridicule which is totally disgraceful, using such a condition as a way to covertly insult him. None of them had a clue about how to behave or the law on public rights!
To paraphrase Abraham Lincoln; 'Nearly all people can stand adversity, but if you want to test a person’s character, give them power'. As with 99% of our illustrious police force, their characters are completely and utterly flawed with the power bestowed upon them by the public. Their characters are tested and they fail miserably, their ego rules.
When cops say, "Do you have any mental health issues?", they have mental health issues. When cops say, "Why are you being belligerent?", they are being belligerent. When cops say, "Why are you being difficult?", they are being difficult. When cops say, "You are making people feel uncomfortable", they are making people feel uncomfortable. When cops say, "You are causing a disturbance/breach of the peace/harassment, etc.", they are causing a disturbance/breach of the peace/harassment, etc. Everything they say to you or accuse you of, is from their own actions and thoughts.
Just an observation. If someone really showed signs of mental health issues anyone with any sense would not dare to say so. I really believe that this line of enquiry should never be allowed by someone less than a medical doctor.
They can't stand the idea of being scrutinised by anyone. In fact, they take exception to the idea that people in a public place are well within their right to observe the police whilst they do their job. Their, 'comfort', is largely irrelevant as they're acting as police, first and foremost. And, it's not as though you're going out of your way, specifically, to record them. If they don't like it, they're perfectly free to walk away or do whatever they consider necessary to obfuscate themselves from the view of the camera. It's not as though you're deliberately sticking the camera in their faces, or anything. It beats me why there's this attitude that everyone else has to conform to fit them and their feelings, when in a responsible adult world of doing things, people take it upon themselves to remedy that which they deem to be not as they would like it. The idea that you have to curtail your freedoms in order to make other people, 'feel comfortable', seems to be the general consensus of how we're supposed to behave now. We have to, 'be nice', to people at the expense of our own activities. Even more so when those activities aren't directly infringing on their rights. It's merely the, 'idea', that someone can do something that they're not 100% compliant with, that seems to irk them. Tolerance of other people seems to be a non-starter for some. They expect everything 100% the way they want it. I do believe that was a veiled insult there, when they have the audacity to ask you if you have any mental health problems because you were acting, (in their opinion), 'bizarre.' When, in reality, the act of holding a camera in order to document what is essentially, 'public life', as it goes by, is a perfectly natural thing to want to do. However, the degree of cynicism of anyone who is recording such activity has been elevated over a number of years due in large to the heightened awareness, (re: paranoia), regarding those who act in a nefarious manner, to the point now where it's automatically assumed that anyone who is acting, 'out of the ordinary', is deemed to be, 'up to something', and seen as guilty without any actual reason or suspect behaviour on their part. A sad indictment on modern society. Why are those 2, (whatever they are), riding bicycles in what it obviously a pedestrianised area? I'm sure if a member of the public were to be riding their bike, they'd get fined. One rule for them and one for everyone else, it seems.
Houses getting broken into with police turning up 3 days later to investigate if you’re lucky, kids running around dealing drugs and stabbing one another and these clowns can’t find any real crime to deal with 😔
They didn’t have a collective clue between them. A complaint would only cement their lack of knowledge because the bosses would just make excuses for them.
Why is recording as a legal activity in a public space concerning ? What she means is she feels like youre interupting her privacy.... in public. Her feelings are not the law and hurting feelings doesnt break the law. The officer turned that into a personal attack on you as a male. Sexist behaviour by the police.
Similar happened to me.was stopped driving my mini bus in bus lane , when I argued politely that it was legal coppers asked if I had mental health problems solely because I didn’t bow to them and accept they were right . Went to court and won because of evidence they provided
I like it, how people chip in and they discuss the filming. Very nice to see people beong aware of their rights. In Slovenia, the discussion would be commanded by the policeman and his interpretation would be final.
@@Nobody-dm2ol that's not racist you mongaloyd. Firstly, he was using the term "Indian officer" to describe a particular person. Secconly, obviously she's Indian or of Indian origin. She's wearing a sihk turban. Sihks originate from the Punjab area of India, nowhere else in the world.
Love to see All them people stepping in and getting involved to back you!!! Doesn't happen most places you go!!! Big up to the brommy boys that were there!!!! Quality show frome the public,
That police officer escalated that when there was absolutely no reason too...involving members of the public into it when she shouldnt have...terrible policing!! If someone walking past hears her saying "why are you only recording females"...that could have caused anger and violence!
Absolutely shameful that she consistently tried to bait you with the "mental health issues" question. WTF would she know about dealing with mental health issues except maybe being the sole cause of mental health issues to any poor sod that would bow to her "authority". As for clown cat man extraordinaire, just about sums up the quality of police recruits in this day and age. Jeez.
as a brummy, this made me laugh. The randomness of people in a small area is just unreal. Preachers, Coppers, Auditors, Crackheads, a man with face paint with wings and a footballer! Literally a comedy sketch! Epic. Cant make it up.
@@Adam-vp1cl Your right mate I see them doing it all the time, trying to intimidate members of the public so they can arrest them and get really forceful towards em.
This is the best audit so far, then a guy with world class skills randomly shows up, WTF? This video deserves some sort of RU-vid award! Fair play, AB!
Extremely dangerous. They escalated a situation. The woman member of the public who stated that people should walk away if they do not want to be filmed is correct. I am astounded at the lack of knowledge of these officers. It is disgraceful. How many people film in public on any given day?
Police training consists of , being rude to public, accusing public of breaking laws and public having mental issues, bring back proper policing before its too late
“Can I talk to you then” “Yes” “So…. [several minutes of religious nonsense]” Camera slowly pans away in boredom “Are you listening? Hello? Hello?” 😂🤣😂
@Tai Chi Tube sorry you had to go through this. I really don't understand this, how can people not be aware of their actions? This is a good example how it looks like, if a individual is consumed by their own EGO. This costume doesn't make your a better human being, your actions will!
@Tai Chi Tube Hold up, you are telling me police identified something as a bomb, and chose to run towards it?? Pretty sure all of the training is to get away from it and get trained bomb units in to deal with it...
@@FantasyCelebrityWrestling really? Have you not seen all the cctv footage of people all over the social media on the internet? loads of council cctv footage everywhere, usually showing people making idiots of themselves so everyone can laugh at them. So your statement is totally false.
@@FantasyCelebrityWrestling You don't really know where the recordings from all councils and security cameras gonna end up, and who will see that. When you see people, tourists are filming or taking pictures, at least you can walk away if don't want to be on it. If you want privacy..DO NOT GO TO PUBLIC PLACES. simple as that. Or you can always dress up or put a hoodie on.
