St Andrews materialises the English football stadium traditions, architecture and history... Hope Birmingham City just revamp it without losing and desfigure its features🏴⚽🇬🇧❤️🏴
Thank you very much Stewart. St Andrews is a decent stadium. They said one stand is sinking apparently though. Also I believe they are moving into the Alexander stadium from the Commonwealth Games in a few years time. Both teams have to walk the same distance really. They are both located near the corner. It’s the managers an subs who will have a longer walk to the dugout area in the middle.
@@abdelhakaouragh2744 I thought i normally put the capacity in the intro - but clearly I didn’t when just checking. Just Googled it and the capacity is 29,409.
Very true. They have actually knocked down 2 of the side bottom tiers and currently have no fans in those seats due to the ground sinking or something equivalent.
As a neutral; over my 37 years of life; I haven’t seen a massive difference between the 2 clubs. I think 1 major trophy each - League Cup. Both have similar grounds - Aston Villa slightly ahead with Premier League status, bigger fan base an slightly better stadium.
