Hello from northeastern USA! Your food looks wonderful! I lived in Mexico along the border for 3 years. (My husband is Mexican.) Mexicans are very hard workers. God has made them strong! I had barbacoa from a quinceañera I attended. They hired a man all the way from Veracruz to come to the border to prepare it. It was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. hola sra hermosa que gusto saludarla,se ve que quedó deliciosa la birria,aunque a mí no me gusta el chivo y casi no como carne,se ve que le quedó muy deliciosa,y el consomé ni se diga y esos taquitos con esa salsita tan deliciosa que le quedó,no le voy a mentir,se me hizo agua la boca,hasta pase saliba 🤣 y eso que casi no como carne 😁 bendiciones para ud y su familia sra hermosa 🙏🙏🌻🕊️🙅
