HELLO , so today I was craving some Mexican birria tacos and I went on and just made my own .I love birria tacos and this is how I made it . I hope you guys enjoy this video and don't forget to subscribe .I also show you how I make the easy consomé Sauce.

New Mexico Chile pods
guajillo Chile pods
