I didn’t think much of your videos but now that I’ve been watching for so long I think they have made my life better. Awesome chef, up there with guga.
The food you make looks so good. I think you, Guga and Max the meat guy make the best looking food on RU-vid. I seen Gordon Ramsay roasting your vids. He's crazy.

Love the longer form content. I’ve tried to replicate your recipes and they turn out great. For the longer content maybe give measurements to more of the ingredients so it’s easier to copy
Hey man, your recipes are mouth watering. Hats off to you! However, just a suggestion, please look into opposites foods which are not supposed to be cooked together/consumed together. These are combinations of foods which are not supposed to be consumed, as it may cause issues in our genetic makeup and trouble the future generations. Please have a look at Atharveda and Yajurveda which speaks of such opposite foods and combinations to avoid. Nevertheless, I do appreciate the efforts you take to make the recipes and videos. Please continue to put out content.

@@topgbs Great! I was really looking forward to working with you.For the painting, I would be doing an oil on canvas, 50cm x 50cm portrait painting using your face or one of your posts as my inspired of muse for reference. Perfect, my client intends to make payments as soon as possible. So the piece can be completed before next week and i can also send you a copy of it when it’s done.
I've noticed your tendency toward more extravagant ingredients, like in this case using wagyu tallow on the shank when I'm pretty sure that flavor was pretty much lost in the end product, especially after the mac and cheese is added. I don't think this is a bad thing, though. I get that you're a content creator, not here writing recipes for the common folk. How about a video where you make a recipe two ways - one where you have to spend less than 30 bucks at Walmart and one where you have to go balls to the wall with expensive ingredients? Not a super original idea but it would be fun to see you do it.
Your videos of you cooking in the rain/snow are pretty cool, shows how dedicated you are to sit your ass outside in the cold to cook/smoke meats. Lool.
