Lord Ram was born in Ayodhya as mentioned in ancient Indian scriptures and Ayodhya is a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
The Supreme Court of India declared Ram Janmabhoomi as the original birthplace of Lord Rama in 2019, allowing the construction of a Hindu temple at the site which was once the birthplace of Lord Ram but was converted into a mosque by Babur who invaded India in the 1500s
Babur was a Uzbekistani and a descendant of the Mongolian ruler Genghis Khan from his Mother's side. Babu's full name was Zahir-ud-din Muhammad Babur and he established the Mughal Empire in India in the 1500s when there was no concept of religion on the Indian soil and what existed was purely the Vedic Culture. Babur built the Babri masjid in Ayodhya in the 1500s on the land that was worshipped as Ram janmabhoomi by the people of those times.
Later the British established their empire in India and introduced their culture on the Indian soil nearly 200 years ago.
Ayodhya city now is the focus of attraction with a new Ayodhya Airport, newly constructed roads and infrastructure that has given Ayodhya a face lift and a promising economical future.
