Harkeert Chahal I got my first tattoo at 16... You can get tattoos before 18 if you get parental consent, and it's notarized. Most tattoo parlors have notaries there. For that particular reason.

They just sometimes are bc blondes are usually very pretty and in modern day Cinderella stories (such as this one) they take brunettes, red heads etc. and make them the helpless ones bc blondes are you usually the ideal "prettiest girls" in the film industry.
