Listening to the phone conversation with your mom made me cry my eyes out. I just remember talking to my mom when I was in a long labor with my first. I felt so helpless and her words were calming and reassuring. Mothers are a gift to this world regardless of how they bring their children into this world.

Being a C-section mommy was hard I went through all the pains of labor and ended up having to have a c-section I felt defeated but when that baby boy came and I had him in my arms it’s was the greatest reward! Stay strong mama! You did amazing!!! ❤️

Being a C-section mommy doesn’t make you any less a mom, you tried your hardest and that’s all that matters, I wanted to have a vaginal birth with my son but God had a different plan for us ❤️ sending you so much love and strength throughout this recovery process❤️ love how relatable this video was. Verte preocuparte por tu bebita hasta en tus momentos más difíciles y vulnerables. Aunque aveces no salen las cosas como queremos o como lo planeamos, hay que ser agradecidos que hoy en día si hay profesionales y avances médicos que nos ayudan, no como las mamás y bebés de antes. I have watched this video many times bc every person in it has made me cry. Your husband’s support, the conversation with your mom on the phone, and of course how strong u were, you all touched my heart. As you were putting your hair in the hair net you looked at the camera & I felt that you were looking at me-thats how connected I was to you. This was beautiful. I was already balling my eyes out when you were hugging your parents before taking off to the hospital 🥲 you did a great job I can see it in your eyes it was not easy but you did it! I think deep down mostly all women would love to experience giving birth vaginally… I’m not a mom myself but I imagine a C-section is a much different experience 😌 I know I would want to experience a vaginal birth and would be upset if I couldn’t

@@Milkteamami14 its not that we get upset, we just get very descouraged and question as to why our body doesnt respond how its meant to, its hard to accept that your body its not doing its job. But at the end of the day all you want is for you and your baby to be ok. No one will understand unless you go thru it.

That brought back all the emotions I felt when my baby (12/1/20) was born after my first c-section and after a miscarriage we had experienced a year prior. Hearing her first cry, was all I was anticipating to hear. We as mother endure so much to bring life into this world. So glad you and the baby are doing well now. Now to enjoy those precious moments that go by too quickly.

I’ve always taken for granted having “easy” fast vaginal deliveries I never thought about it as anything but after seeing both of my sisters have C-sections and how the process and recovery are I have a total different perspective on you ladies who deliver via c section you guys are absolutely AMAZING ❤️

Thank you both my babies were c-sections and my first one done after pushing for 2 1/2 hours at the age of 17. It was one of the scariest moments for me and my mother as she was now handing over her baby to doctors that knew best for my baby. But we as women are built to go through this and my faith in God carried me over to the next chapter in my life. Proud mom of two boys

Hearing your mom talk to you over the phone just broke me in to tears. While you were waiting for you baby to cry it made me go back 4 months when I had my baby same thing happen she was born and she did not cry right away because she needed oxygen she got stuck on her way out. I completely felt this in my core. I’m a c section mama too and know the feeling of defeat when your body doesn’t do “what it’s supposed to do”. I had my son in April and am still healing physically and emotionally from my birth experience. This brought me right back to that operating table and I immediately sobbed. I’m so happy you’re doing well and baby is out and healthy. Thank you for sharing such an intimate moment 💕

Literally crying. I dilated all the way as well with my twins but I wasn’t able to bring them to the world naturally after being in labor for 22 hours trying my best. You’re a warrior! This video just took me back to all those emotions I felt when they told me I had to get an emergency c-section because my sons umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck. We make the decision to put our baby’s health and well-being over us because that’s what us mommas do. May God bless you and your babygirl. Congratulations babe 🎉👏🏼

I have now made it to the end of the video and my face is wet from all the crying. I felt your pain, as you pushed I pushed, when you cried I cried, when you were having the shivers so was I. I've never felt such a connection emotionally and spiritually to any birthing video. Thank you Yasmin and Valentin for leaving your video as raw as possible and allowing us to step into your delivery room with you two. I love this. Everyone shows only the good side that happens during labor. And honestly labor is the most stressful/overwhelming thing ever! From having nothing but great things happening to complications etc. I never credited myself for birthing my baby. But honestly this raw footage made me realize how strong is women are for this! I love you and I’m glad that although you had several complications everything turned out great and that you and baby Kailin are doing great! 🥰

Your video made me cry cuz I could honestly feel every emotion from you leaving your oldest to your parents to having a csection with your 2nd daughter as well. I feel like csections are still frowned upon in the Hispanic community so thank you for shedding light on it. It’s not always the easy way out it’s, it’s what’s safe for our babies and us to still be alive and raise them

I love the support your mom and husband give you! I had the same experience with my first and having them by my side encouraging home helped me make the decision to do an emergency c-section much easier. I then decided for a planned c section with my second. My mom and husband were there as well to support me ☺️

Hearing Valentin saying that it was emotional for you and for him and him telling you and encouraging you that everything was going to be okay is so amazing because I just know he loves and appreciates you even more! Girl you got me crying through the whole video. C-section or not your an amazing mom for trying so hard. So happy you and baby Kai came out okay and god bless the medical staff that did everything they could to give you a safe delivery. 🙏

You’re a strong one! I am a csection momma. And I too wanted to know the feeling of have a natural delivery. For months I felt weak thinking that my job as a mom wasn’t done right because I wasn’t able to have her the “natural” way. My biggest dream was to pull my babies out, to actually be able to watch them come out of me. That wasn’t possible for me. But after watching you go through this, I can now embrace my scar! God made you 1 in 5,000 because he knew you could handle it! Not everyone can be a cesarean momma. Congratulations to you, Valentin, and Jaylin on your new baby girl! Remember that you and I get to carry around a remembrance of real love ❤️

“I did everything I could” you sure did Yasmín! You are one damn strong woman. Many choose a c-section as the “easy way out” (which to me it’s so scary and not easy at all) but you went through all the pain and feeling c-section mom usually don’t go through. Just because you wanted that for you and your baby girl. You are amazing ❤️

I’m crying throughout this whole video because I can relate to your birth experiences with both your girls. Congratulations Yasmin to you and your family! I’m sobbing. I just lost my mom last month and I’m only 22 years old. The love you show your girls reminds me of the same love my mom showed me and my sister who two years older than I am. I hope you know how mesmerized we are of our mothers as daughters.
