First of all: congratulations on this beautiful baby boy!!! And I'm sorry you had to go threw thanks traumatic time! You are doing the right thing in recognising and acknowledging your trauma, if you have the possibility I would advice you to ask for a talk with the attending doctor/nurse/midwife to talk it out threw and get any questions answered. And if you feel like you need more support, therapy can really help you work through the emotions. You are not alone in this experience, sadly, as I have witnessed it myself many times as a former trainee midwife and now gynaecology intern. But you guys will be fine, you will gain strength from this in the end! You can already be so proud of yourself, you are great mommas during difficult times! All the best to your beautiful family!

Bless your hearts! I’ve been on the medical side of this situation and it is scary. I’m a postpartum nurse and former L&D nurse. So glad to hear everyone is doing okay now. When I had my youngest daughter I turned purple from my chest down, my hemoglobin dropped to four and I was white white. My doctor came in and asked how I was out of bed, half an hour later I had two blood transfusions and was told if I were to have another it would kill me. So glad you are ok and he is beautiful Congratulations!! You are amazing moms.

RN here. Blood products can be hard to come by, unfortunately. There's been a shortage throughout most of the pandemic because blood drives haven't been done at the rate they were before COVID, if that makes sense. So glad Sam is better. Baby looks perfect!!!

I had a tramatic birth experience, but involved during the birth, I had so many people in the room, it is a blur. My niece in law had her 2nd child on the 11th. She had no idea she was in labor, it did not feel anything like her first baby Her water did not break. She was crowning when they got to hospital, they rushed her up to delevery, but did not have a room ready, she gave birth in triage, little Alice came out in the amniotic sac. Sam, so glad you are doing better. Glad you had your sister with you during the scary part. Wilder is absolutly beartiful! He lools so much like Avery. Beautiful family!!!!♥
