How lovely Xan - what a great family you have! Happy belated birthday my friend 💗I found with Prismacolours, if I turn the pencil sharpener (instead of turning the pencil like I always used to), they don't break as much. Full disclosure!! Very hit or miss. Nice thing is, if it's a miss, they will usually give you a refund. Packaging is relatively minimal, but functional. Shipping is not fast, but they give you a credit if it falls outside their stated range. If the price goes down on an item you ordered, and you notice 👀 within their time window, they credit you the difference. Buyer beware.🤔 But pretty low-risk. 😏
