Birthday Cake Cookie Dough Balls

INGREDIENTS
[Dry Ingredients]
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup hemp seeds
[Wet Ingredients]
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons non-dairy milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 sea salt
1 tablespoon sprinkles + 2 tablespoon for rolling
DIRECTIONS
1. To a food processor, add all of the dry ingredients. Pulse for 10 seconds to combine.
2. To the same food processor, add all of the remaining wet ingredients (except the sprinkles).
3. Pulse for another 15 seconds to combine.
4. Transfer the dough into a bowl and add sprinkles (optional).
5. Roll the dough into 18 uniform balls with your hands.
6. Roll in sprinkles (optional).
7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
