Birthday cake idea, Fruit Jelly Cheesecake Pudding 

Hi, this time Hel made a succulent dessert, fruit jelly cheesecake pudding. The combination of cheesecake pudding, marie biscuits and fruit jelly is perfect.

Fruit Jelly Cheesecake Pudding Recipe

Baking tin, diameter of 18 cm, height of 7 cm, it's more ideal to use a diameter of 20 or 22 cm.
This recipe yields 1 pan of 18 cm diameter and 3 cups of 300 ml each.
Cheesecake Ingredients:
- Marie biscuits (I used 10 pcs)
- 100 gr cheddar cheese (can use cream cheese)
- 110 gr sugar (according to taste)
- 1 sachet (15 gr) plain jelly
- 700 ml UHT milk
- 1 tsp vanilla paste (optional)
- 2 egg yolks
Fruit Jelly Ingredients:
- Fruits according to taste

- 120 gr sugar (according to taste)
- 700 ml water
