As to content, consider a series of videos showcasing places that tourists should visit, including non-tourist places. Obviously, there are the magnificent temples, features by the river, inspiring walks through Lumphini Park and Benchakitti Park, but also the huge shopping malls, and Terminal 21 in Asok, the variety of markets, riding on a riverboat and tuk-tuk. Also, consider experimenting by broadening content to interest a broader audience, including families that want to visit Bangkok. - Aussie M

Humility is a virtue especially when u indicated you don't eat fancy daily, just don't cut it out. One man show is a learning curve and you are on the right track. For such a classy restaurant, the menu choices seem underwhelming. Spaghetti Bolognese or spag bol as we call it in Australia, is something you'd find on a cheap pub menu. I was expecting fine dining cuisine.
