You probably got a display bag. Or a bag someone returned. That’s too bad because they’re so expensive. As long as the bag is in perfect condition then it doesn’t matter about the packaging. Enjoy using it. I think it’s really pretty on you.

Hi lovely, congrats on your new bag! I got the same bag too and very luckily managed to get it at the old price too and that too at end of May! Uk websites had not updated so maybe I just got incredibly lucky, mine came with the white dustbag that you normally get with classic flaps and it was packaged beautifully. I bought it without looking at any pics, just took a leap of faith and it worked! Sorry to hear about the service but still I hope you enjoy the bag and happy belated birthday! Fellow Gemini 🙂

I wish you a happy b-day and congrats on your new Chanal bag🥳 I too experienced horrible service, my first and only visit to the Chanel store here in Denmark. They were the rudest😕 I was going to purchase the Rectangular Mini, but because their service was so bad, I decided to leave w/o purchasing anything. Maybe I will find it in another country, when we can start travelling again🤷🏼‍♀️ Another thing - racism has to stop. It’s so sad that it’s still upon us in 2020. I totally agree with you re Chanel packaging and service. My experience when I bought my mini few years ago was exactly the same. The packaging was non-existent and service was terrible. The stickers wasn’t even on the bag and the edges wasn’t even smooth. But because it was so hard to get a black mini I just bought it anyway

I had the same bad experience with bad packaging and service from Chanel in Geneva. I’m never going back there. My bag came dirty, with white streaks inside and the flap is wonky. For such an expensive bag, it’s really unacceptable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to return it because the store is so far from where I live and I feel embarrassed to let my hubby know that I really don’t like it because he went to so much trouble to get it for me.

Mir ist das Gleiche mit dem Dior Online Store passiert, meine Tasche war lieblos verpackt, das Booklet und das Echtheitszertifikat fehlte!!! Ich musste 3x nachfragen und nach 8 (!!!) Wochen kam dann das Zertifikat 🙈 Ich glaube, es liegt an Corona und daran, dass die Stores unterbesetzt sind. Trotzdem ist es keine Entschuldigung und ich persönlich werde nicht mehr online bei Dior kaufen, obwohl der Service dort sonst wirklich sehr gut war. Daher verstehe ich dich sehr gut 😘😘😘 Trotzdem bleibt es eine traumhafte Tasche, genieße sie 🤩😘😘

I don’t live near a Chanel boutique I’m from Scotland and stores are in London I’ve been doing telephone orders maybe I’ve been lucky all the sales associates have been lovely to me I asked them for full packaging n they even gave me a chain fastener for free , a Chanel card some people are just nasty but I’m surprised that I’ve received such good care even that my sa was willing to extend my refund for 2 months as I’ve been ill and she understood my situation I hope you get better experience

Hallo ihr süssen! Ja genau, kommt immer darauf an wen man als SA erwischt und wie die einem finden. Für den Preis allerdings, sollte die Verpackung einfach IMMER einmalig und gleich für alle sein!
