Great photo cropping tip! I know that will come in handy when I go to tackle the giant suitcase full of old photos my mother gifted to me. Your layout turned out so lovely and you know I love those doilies!

No wonder my cropped photos never looked good in my CM albums!! The minute you showed us through the vellum I realised my mistake - I was centering my photo. I love the softness of these pages with the ombre effect beneath, they turned out so pretty!!

Always try to use the rule of thirds when I take pictures, but I love the vellum template for the stockpile of printed photos from before I started cropping digitally. Thanks for the color selection tips!

I like your idea. I use a 12×12 black cardstock that I gutted various photo sizes to see what would work, but I like your grid.

Brilliant idea! I was going to make my own photo templates out of cardstock but now I’m going to use vellum instead. I’m scrapbooking Halloween photos from 1999 😬 so I have to crop them this way as well. Have a wonderful Sunday from sunny Alberta! ☘️
