In my opinion, I would get an undergrad for comp-sci at UofC since you can get work experience after second-year, which will make you more valuable to employers after your graduate. On top of that, the UofC is boatloads cheaper than most other universities in Canada for international students (assuming that you're an international student). 3. Well, Calgary is the sunniest city in Canada. In the summer, it's absolutely gorgeous. In the winter, the weather gets to around -30, but it's bearable if you have a good winter jacket and stay indoors. I've heard that the chinooks are also really lovely during the winter since they warm up the temperature and melt the snow. In terms of winter weather, Calgary isn't as bad as other places.
