The chance of hitting 4 same skins in a row at 25% is 1 in 256 (1/4*1/4*1/4*1/4)

@@jamoo000_5 the chance to get a cold blooded in each opening is a 25%. But opening 4 and receiving 4 cold blooded skins is a separate equation that totals to 0.39%, its 2 different things. One is base chance, the other is a equation of probability.

No, it’s a 1 in 64 (as the first roll could have been anything that he got 4 in a row of, so that one is not considered) :)

The same way the chance of getting two of any type of coin flip in a row is 50%, not 25% as the first coin could be either heads or tails

@@smfreeze9198 Not correct in this instance. On a dice for example that would be accurate but hes asking for the odds of that particular gun which we know is 25% likely, so its (1/4)*(4)

Explained it poorly, let me rephrase. I used the dice for the easiest example. If he asked for the odds of rolling one number 3 times in a row, but didnt specify the number then what you are saying is correct, but if he asked for a specific number to be rolled 3 times in a row, then you disregard that

Its acutally 31.64%. The math is simple. The odds of him getting the ak were 1 in 4 or 0.25 in math terms and not getting 3 in 4 or 0.75 . To calculate the odds of ´him getting the p90 back to back for 4 times in a row you simply take 0.75 to the power of 4, or multiply 0.75 with it self 4 times, getting 0.3164 or 31.64%.
