You can choose to say it out loud or telepathically...either way spirit will hear u....You tell the spirit to leave and you tell them, they are not welcome in your home/space. You then envision a door shutting and locking behind the entity/spirit as they leave.

Oh congrats on your healthy journey. I'm trying to get healthier and I need to lose 30lbs. It may not be alot to some people but it's a struggle for me to do it. I have tried vegan diet pills to assist me with curving my appetite. Right now I've changed my eating time to no eating for 12 hours. 8pm to 8am. Again I'm drinking more water. I just joined a gym membership. Will begin tomorrow. What advice can you give me that helped you your first 50lbs? And how long did it take you to lose 50lbs?
