The Bible is clear on Tithe. Tithe is a relationship based self emanated act of gratefulness. It is before the law the law never anulled a covenant God entered into with his faithful. The new testament enjoines let everyone as soon/he purpose in his/own heart set apart an offerings. No one who owes is existence to God would really strive with one part of ten, giving at the nearest minimum is unsuitable to unsaves souls, so it is not a matter for secular analysis or social re engineering. The apostles see themselves as bond slave to Christ, Paul was designed not only to spend but be spent for gospel, they in fact gave their lives. Very possible these men of God were walking in error. However, our responsibility as believers is to pray for them no one is above error. They might have misintepreted the scripture because it was the level of their knowledge as at then. I believe if they are convicted by the HolySpirit, they will turn back to the Truth in Gods word. Pastor Adeboye is a man of God and am certain that if God convicts him, he will yield to God and repent publicly. The Church needs revival of the whole counsel of God. The gospel is complete salvation. Prosperity message is good but it should be preached in consonance with sin, repentance and forgiveness. Otherwise, what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and the loses his very essence! I applaud menof God who accept their mistakes and apologize for it. We should also pray for those adamant to corrects. May they not miss the promised land like Moses. Content creators should be objective and not run down any man of God. We are still humans. The problem with Selman is that he mentions some ministers that impacted lives without pointing out their errors. Unfortunately that's not what people are looking for, people want him to say this man of God is good, but this, this, and this about him is bad. However, he does this in some other teachings, while he talks about what is wrong or bad in the Christuan cercle, without never refering to ministers directly. I don't have a papa, Arome, Selman, Orokpo, Damina,... If the message is correct, nice, if not, I just forget it. Let not become slave of the words form our men of God, they are not God
