Actually u don't need to feel sorry to be a follower of christ. Good to have music that make u reflect and put yourself in check. But sad and sorry. Presence of God is always a radiant of joy.... I miss this kind of music too. But that doesn't make those making music now wrong. It's change in trend of music. Each music style with it's own generation. If u keep singing this style alone. 20yrs is enough old style for this present generation to relate with. The power of a song is in THE LYRICS not the style of music u present it with. Thanks
