@@whistlebelly Yep that's for sure. I liked him at the beginning of his UFC career but Ian has become one of the most annoying fighter's, he is his own worst enemy at this point.
@@whistlebelly Yep, I think he is quite naive and that gold digger latched on to him and is controlling most of what he says and does it's actually sad to watch. He also thinks he can follow in McGregors footsteps but that ship has sailed, McGregor was a likeable character for his rise to the top in the UFC and he had most of the fans behind him. Gary has blocked the fans and basically told them to go Fu(k themselves, not a good strategy in my opinion.
@@rafacereceres1316if he could've became champ in the UFC he would've probably earned more than what he did in Bellator tho. But he made what was best for him at that point, built his name, and now he's in the UFC. Hopefully he can make a push towards a title shot as long as he stays healthy. I believe he's around 35-36. So he has a couple good years left.
Too bad he only got into the UFC at a later age but I think he will still find a way to win but age could play a role in this one Garry is very young and talented ...
@sjsjsdjsdj Well "Hotdude655" Talent yes he has a lot of that and a lot of flashy moves but as bro just mentioned he couldnt even get a bellator belt and got completely bashed up in BKFC. So will he be the next champion? maybe but the odds are against him. I like MVP a lot and hope he wins against Gary. Lets see how he fares this time.
@@xikimunki735 tell that to anderson silva, even anderson silva said he is "seriously good". Bashed up mvp only been knocked out one time.......and the other he lost to a decision in the final round because dude laid on him the entire round causing a loss. No one cares about BKFC that isn't paying no bills.
@@hotdude655 He really is talented; but his chances of becoming champ at the UFC an the age of 37... aren't very high. He should EASILY have become champ at Bellator years ago and should HAVE left to the UFC years ago, if he HAD TAKEN MMA seriously, as opposed to taking it like WWE. There are half a dozen or so UFC fighters, including the champ, and Top 5 guys... as well as new comers like Garry.... who take their MMA much more seriously, who ALSO ARE VERY SKILLED; again, at 37 or so, he's not making it past ALL those guys...
No one can even come close to mimicing MVP. That and Ians age (which means he hasn’t got an enormous wealth of experience) is what makes me think MVP have a very good chance of winning of Ian. MVP can throw a shot from like half way across the cage.
Can’t help but like MVP, he could have easily stayed In a small pond but tried bare knuckle and now in the best MMA org in the world with 1 win already 👏
Dubai, go for it, make the move when you think the move, young, active, in present moment, go get it as u say, weather is terrible here, and we live under a gray skies, lack of sun most year round, if u have the money to move towards happiness, definitely a must go.
I like both guys but this may turn out to be a dud fight stylistically. Garry isn't going to engage ane risk getting caught coming in. We're going to get 15 minutes of bouncing and feinting
I’m almost 99.9% sure these 2 NEVER reach the octagon to fight . There’s just no way, I’ve never seen a matchup like this before. Anyone who reads this will remember when something comes up with this fight and it gets canceled. There’s absolutely no way these 2 are going to fight each other right now
Why does he have to talk like this? Why does it have to be about putting people to sleep? Why can't MVP show some respect to Ian Garry? Ian Garry is a family man. There should be harmony between them. My advice to MVP: Be peaceful leading up to the fight. Share a warm hug with Ian Garry and thank him for giving you an opportunity.
Kind of a shame he wasted years and years fighting cans but I’m glad he finally made the move shoulda 10 yrs ago. Not that it matters to anyone but he’s starting to gain my respect.
It should have been Wonderboy. To me, that was the best fight for MVP. Two of the best strikers in the game. Ian is too young to go up against MVP right now. He is talented to do it but I’m just saying he needs to have a lot more fights like Wonderboy and MVP have had.
This’ll be great for the first 2 minutes….until Garry realises his standup ain’t working and spends the remaining rounds on his knees, grabbing legs😂 The best way for Garry to get to the top is to be humbled in this fight, learn, improve, continue
I literally get 100% credit vibes, from any fighter or fan who still talking about Conor McGregor. Ali want a fight, where he didn't look like him old self and people started saying they didn't want to see him fight anymore. How do you lose every fight in the past 5 years, in terrible fashion, yet fighters are still calling you out. Who calls out a guy on a losing streak? THAT'S WEAK AS!! And the only reason he's still the money fight, is because these idiot fighters keep calling him the money fight. If one of those fighters would put as much energy into promoting themself, people wouldn't even remember Connor anymore. Since when has it become cool to look for the guy who's always losing, that's not even cool and entertaining anymore?
I’m rooting for Garry, he has been getting to much shit for being married to an older lady, so fucking what? I do not understand why people hate him so much?
