I love this vacuum I've purchased 3 so far one was my backup because I liked it s9 well. Grand daughter needed one so I gave her my backup. Ordered another and daughter needed one so there went my 2nd backup. I'm in the process of ordering another. Service and replacement are phenomenal and why I keep coming back to this mighty little machine. And with arthritis it's so light and easy to use. And a great starter for little ones to teach how to vacuum they l9ve it as well.
Thank you. Based on your review we purchased one and I'm happy to say it's the best vacuum we've ever owned. Works like a charm, super lightweight, and quiet - as vacuums go. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Absolute best product review I’ve ever seen! Straight to the point; incredibly thorough; covers product details you wouldn’t normally think about, but are very important-all in a brief amount of time. Thank you! The only thing I would love to see (or hear in this case) is the sound of the vacuum. I’ve read where this vacuum is quite loud, especially when the bristles are spinning against hard flooring. I’d like to hear this with my own ears.
We’ve had g tech vacuum cleaners for about five years. The handle on the upright one has now broken at the bottom. We’d also bought the hand held one which I love. The greatest thing about it for me is that that handle can drop down. I had a fall in 2018, breaking some bones. It’s left me unable to walk, weight bear, stand, bend my knee and I’ve got foot drop. Consequently I’m now a full time wheelchair user but I can drop the handle down and vacuum the carpet from my wheelchair. The hand held one makes it easy to get into corners, the sofa and chairs and clean the car etc. The only slight problem we’ve had with the hand held and upright vacuums was getting the pull out containers to empty them. They are so stiff, I’d thought that they would get easier with use but they didn’t.
Recently bought one based on your review. It came from Lowe's Home Improvements Online. The store was out of stock so I had to order online from Lowe's and have it shipped to my local Lowe's. It's great! Pulls cat hair out of our carpets where our older, now gone, Hoover LINX couldn't. Get this one, NOT the Hoover LINX also reviewed by Vacuum Wars.
Just got this vacuum, I have been wanting a cordless and something light weight on my arm since I have had shoulder surgery and have neck issues. I have only used it once, so this is a first time user review, I tested it immediately for blowing out light things like many vacs do, ashes, cereal, dog hair, it did great, and I have hardwood floors. It is a bit odd noised especially on the pull back, but other than that, right now, I love it.
Love love this vacuum the best ever easy to put together easy moves and turns where you want it to go Bissel is a trustworthy Company please buy one you wont regret and no annoying electric cord
Just bought one... you convinced me. I have a hand held bissell vac that I use for the sofa and stairs and its amazing, so glad to find this for the area rugs
I was so glad to come across your video. I purchased my AirRam about two months ago. My carpets had been awaiting it’s arrival with much to collect. After one use I thought this thing needs to emptied, now what!? Thanks , now I am rolling again:)
Nice review. 90% of my house in stained concrete and the Shark Duo is the only vac that gets that fine dust that can be seen accumulating. Wish this vac had a "dust roll" ala the Duo
I am So surprised it performed this well and it's a Bissell! But you can see that handle breaking cause they use that cheap Chinese plastic for the handle I mean they probably have to cheap out somewhere but at least it's just the handle and not the performance😂😂
Yeah, its a shame, its the kind of thing that probably should have shown up int heir own testing, either way I think its preventable and easy to DIY fix or get a replacement if under warranty. Great vac otherwise! Thanks for the comment Ayden!
Impressive for $200 bucks! The ability to free stand is pretty useful. Did the brush roll get a lot of tangles? One thing I'll give Dyson and its cyclones credit for is keeping those filters clean My Shark needs regular filter cleaning while the Dyson remains remarkably clean.
I really really like it in the vedios and want to buy it but everytime im about to purchase i stop myself after seeing the videos with broken handle in afew weeks or maximum 6 months..and in more than 200 dollars how can you purchase a thing that wont even last few month..i really wish they improve its handle and upgrade the product..secondly the sponge filter is hard to wash and clean...thanks for you video
I'm sold! Take my money! The design is cool! The fact that everything is down below in the cleaner head is a huge plus! I'm really not a fan of cordless vacuums but in this case i would definitely buy it
Just picked one up after seeing this video and the Consumer Reports review. One thing that concerns me is that the bristles are quite stiff and drag on the floor (you can hear it when you move it without the motor on). Tile is fine but using it on my hardwood is a worry. Can anybody comment on this? Thx
Hi. I’ve watched several of your videos over the past year, and there’s a lot of good information to be gained from this channel. I do have a video request that I would like you to please consider. Now, before I say what it is, let me just say that I know that this will likely present a challenge for you, so I’ll understand if you decline to do this. Will you please consider making a video about which vacuums and cleaning products would be best suited for use by someone who is completely blind? I’m looking for information on things like: ease of assembly, ease of maintenance, audible and/or vocal alerts (robot vacuums), ease of filling and emptying (carpet cleaners, steam mops, vacuum mop combos, any liquid cleaner machines), and overall usability with minimal help, in addition to all other factors including cleaning performance. I would be happy to help in any way I can, as I am blind myself. Thank you so much for making these information resources.
Well 43 minutes of 100% deep carpet cleaning performance while v11 has less than 7 minutes. Also 7 minutes means it will wear the battery much quicker. G-Tech has very good engineers. Real engineers don't bother with complicated mechanics or electronics, they just put a flap in the front. 5 cents extra cost, works great!
Awesome review, thanks. love my shark duo-clean ion p50 thanks to you! Do you use this vacuum for your cleaning business or do you recommend for cleaning business?
Wow, hadn't heard of this, what a shocking result. Bissell finally makes a good vacuum. Maybe the best cordless vac (in the context of floors only). Not enough features for an OCD freak like me that vacuums countertops instead of dusting them, but would be a great gift for my mom or "normal people" who are mostly just thinking about vacuuming the floor. How is the filtration/dust emission?
Hey there, I was wondering... Why you don't mention this vaccum in your latest videos, since it had 100% deep clean, it can work in both carpets and hard floors and is affordable? It's just a curiosity, because it seems like a good vaccum. (I'm bias, I have one hahah)
I unplugged the charger on my Air Ram and now the led lights on the vacuum head won't turn off. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I pulled the battery to turn them off. When I put the battery back in, the leds light up and I haven't turned on the vacuum yet.
I need one to vacuum under 35 desks at school, the one we have is heavy and won't go under the desks. Is there something like this with a cord? What would you recommend for school carpets?
The only way to break vacuums is by using it on wet or stringy messes . The wet will cause dirt to stick in tube and strings will lock it up. This machine made me giggle at the ease of emptying xanister. It has a lever u just slide it down and it clean out container. This vacuum is great for kitchen , dinning or olay area. I do not think it should ve used for entire houses house vac needs attachments for deeeler cleaning. This canister system should be rinsed and make sure to completely dry before using again. I generally will rinse then set on counter to dry iut naturally . If you are using for oet hair all the time then this needs to be done on refular basesis to prevent body oils to soak into rubber . It literally takws minutes to spray a light cleaner into and shake rinse leave to dry. Suowr simple. This is oerfect vac to leave in kitchen to clean up messes quickly. Almost Anyone, could push this vac even kids xant complain its just so easy to use and love . Ive been cleaning houses for 35 years. Dysonssujed for lasting. Battery died so fast. This has awesome battery. I was so excited after using i sent pucs to all the people who i thought would live having in hiuse for 2 nd vacuum. Happy cleanings
This does not handle hairs well at all. Hair wraps around the roller and gaps in the spindle that are difficult to reach and clean. And if you don't clean it often enough, the roller would become unremovable until you clean it, which you can't do until you remove the roller.
well ummm...maybe I got a lemon, but just yuck re this vacuum. I am sooo disappointed. out of the box, the piece of red felt that is glued to the left side of the head came off. that's no biggie, but still it did fall off. then we tried to push the thing....oh man, I was sweating w/in a minute...me and hubby both had a hard time forwards and backwards/pushing and pulling this thing. we do see on the forward slide that the flap at the front of the head goes back into the bristles on the roller. it doesn't go under things like my hoover linx or my hoover cordless. I wind up stuck under most things. It has good suction...but in a way...too much. we all know how to vac a small rug so that the edge of your vac doesn't suck it up. well crapola, w/this thing it's grabbing way too early. maybe it's that flap thing again. as for the dust bin....are you kidding me? it is open sided...so you gotta make sure that you don't turn the thing to the side when you take it out or all your crap will be spilled out. mine is going back to amazon. ordering a new roller for my cordless hoover and kissing this thing goodbye. p.s. I did contact Bissell, they returned the email w/questions. I responded, they can't receive my response cuz their inbox is full. ugh.
Maybe this is different from the UK Gtech version but they are utterly useless. Little more than a glorified sweeper compares to a vacuum. Every Dyson I've owned is far superior.
Andrew Cruze Obviously you’re wrong. This product clearly has a better deep cleaning ability than any Dyson cordless, but for half the price. And after all, that’s the main intention for a vacuum, to deep clean.
I freakin LOVE my old Bissel sweeper, and Idt it even has suction- it’s rollers are just so swift, that it is able to mock a suction! It’s battery is way impressive and goes flat to go under stuff too. They’re like $40 on eBay since they’re like 10yrs old I think now- but I absolutely love that thing still!
