My mom just gave me hers so I’m not familiar with this vacuum cleaner I KNOW how to use one, can anybody ANYBODY please tell how the hell you click down to get the dang front panel open?!?! I have pulled firmly, hard, and really hard and nothing pops open, makes a sound like opening. No wonder she gave this piece of %#£?!%!

Just got this and the hose is SO HARD to get out to use the tools! I thought this would show how to remove to use it but it didn’t. Such an inconvenience!

Ya know.. that is why I am here. I was having trouble with the hose. The hose disconnects from the lower back on the side, not middle back. I had to give mine a couple yanks to loosen it up and now it works fine...

I can't figure out how to use the hand held vacuum piece. Anytime I turn on my power & try to use it doesn't suck in the air it just gently pushes it out.

Just bought my vacuum with bags and I turned it on the is air pushing out in front but vacuuming where it is suppose to. Why is that happening? . That’s a brand new Vac and it was on clearance and the very last one.

That's normal. Yes it is a bit annoying and I wish they'd kept the older design where it actually has a filter on the side instead of a built in filter you have to completely disassemble the machine to clean out.

I do not like the air blowing out of the bottom front!! Not at all. I feel like it's blowing dust around.

4 years later but I hoped you learned how a bagged vacuum works, unless your house is extremely dusty and dirty and takes up 3 months worth of dust/dirt, you only need to replace it every 2-3 months. Amazon sells packs of bags for around 10 dollars, it’s really not that bad

I can’t find the pre motor filter number. Does anyone know what size it is? It’s almost 4 years old. The new ones don’t even show a pre motor filter. Which seems dangerous. ? Thanks…
