In spite of what happened I liked everything about your vacuuming: slowly on the rug and under the edges of the rug. I like that you keep a big stash of dirt for these videos! That was fun to see! I liked how you vacuumed (or tried vacuuming) the big pile at the end. I also like that you use a carpet rake instead of your hands to spread the dirt on the rug. I‘ll have to look if you have a video of carpet-raking. I know that you have videos with brushing with a small brush and scratching.

The raking of the dirt was absolutely amazing😌😌😌and my bissell did the same thing my brush roll stopped spinning and then it started smoking a lil bit but the belt is still good I got the brush roll to start spinning again but it makes this obnoxious noise when I use it I really just want to replace the whole vacuum🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

OMGGGG THAT RAKING SOUND IS SOOOOO RELAXING!! Where did you get the rake? I need to get one! And sounds like the belt snapped! Easy fix! Walmart sells them for like $4 for 3 belts. Take off the bottom and switch the belts and then BOOM! All good!

When was the last time you cleaned the machine, replaced the belt, deep cleaned the filter, etc? Could be a simple fix. I’d try before giving to hope. (Please record the cleaning if you do so.) Amazing video though omfg 🤤😍

If the belt is intact, you probably melted the sides of the brushroll. It’s happened to me with both my Bissells. Email them and say the brushroll stopped spinning. They will say take it to a repair shop. Tell them you don’t have time

Sounds so good! I love the crunch! My bissell did the same thing, it doesnt like shag rugs very much.. snaps the belt! Pretty easy fix!
