I couldn’t imagine trying to fix up something this cheap. The plastic is meant to be crushed and disposed of anyways. The carbon brushes look so flimsy that if the bearings are shot you should not bother trying to fix it. I’m sure this made a lot of Walmart/Bissell fans very unhappy 😂.
I have to give it to Bissell, I had a Helix Turbo and I have to say for as cheap as they are, it's a durable thing. I ran it hard and put it away wet, and had it for several years, it never failed me. It got replaced by my current vacuum (Kirby G7) but it would have probably kept working.
Not every vacuum can be saved but it’s amazing how many vacuums even modern ones just need a clean up and maybe a couple parts and there up and running again.
Woah that vacuum has been neglected a lot. Shot bearings on the motor , brushroll and broken parts. I have 2191 blue Powerforce helix and the 68C71 Helix Turbo from 2015
