Works amazing for us on the hardwood floors. In the two weeks we've owned it running everyday we haven't experienced any issues with the brush blocking up with hair like yours.

after two weeks you won't be cutting hair off the brush anymore. it takes time , then it's great.

The neat botvac is the best. We have 3 cats and it works very well.The roomba is a joke by the way.lol

these things don't work like upright. you gotta run it every day... it will make your house absolutely spotless if you run every day, after a week or two. keep running it and it stays spotless. these are brute force machines. it's a caveman thay EVENTUALLY gets everything clean.

Now we need Hoover and Eureka to make a robo vac, and for Dyson's 360 Robovac to come out in the US.

That wimpy narrow brushroll just isn't going to do enough, and the navigation looks random and dated. Neato all the way! I LOVE my Botvac! Much smarter, very thorough, and cleans way better.

Let's go with Neato (Signature or Botvac), Samsung Powerbot "Turbo" VR9200/9300 or Roomba 880/980, they're MUCH better and reliable robot vacuum.

The roomba 800 or 900 series are so Much better, the rubber brushes don't wrap with pet hair and they are the most effective robot vacs on the market.

Get the roomba i have both the neato botvac connected and the roomba 980 and the roomba 980 picks up so much more dirt don't waste your money on a neato get a roomba 980

The vacuum is a total joke! Look at the brushes! It are not even touching the carpet and its not even sucking anything up!
