The Cali Foodie Fam loves us some dim sum, and on this day we took the rec from some friends and headed to Bistro 1968 in San Gabriel. This popular restaurant deserves a better Yelp rating (3.5) for its tremendously tasty, creative, flavorful, and colorful menu of dim sum classics and twists. We devoured their Shrimp Har-Gow, Supreme Beef Balls, Steamed BBQ Pork Bao, Scallop Seafood Dumplings, Leeks and Shrimp Dumplings, House Special Crispy Lobster Rolls, Pan Fried Rice Noodles with Chili, Coconut Buns, Creamy Egg Yolk Bao, Macao Egg Custard, and Okinawa Brown Sugar Cane Cake.
